I recently had the pleasure of working with three outstanding HVAC installers, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Dimitrius, Ricky, and Joe each brought their own unique strengths to the job, and together they made a dream team.

Dimitrius was incredibly professional and knowledgeable about all aspects of HVAC installation. He took the time to explain the process to me in detail and answer all of my questions, which gave me a lot of peace of mind. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident in every step of the installation process, and I'm confident that my new air conditioner is in great hands.

Joe was an absolute joy to work with. His kind and personable nature made the installation process feel like a breeze, and he went above and beyond to ensure that I felt comfortable and informed throughout. He was always happy to chat and answer any questions I had, and he even gave me some helpful tips on how to keep my new AC running smoothly.

Last but not least, Ricky was incredibly efficient and got the job done in no time at all. He worked quickly and diligently, but he never cut corners or compromised on quality. His attention to detail was impressive, and I could tell that he took pride in his work.

After having major issues with two separate sprinkler system companies, we decided to try apples plumbing since we had just purchased an air system through them and became members. Wish we would've went with them sooner. For months we were given the run around with other companies. I called apple a couple days ago. They came and fixed our outdoor pipe issue in an hour. John K and CJ were great. Would definitely work with them again for any other plumbing needs.

Just had my yearly tuneup of my ductless heating and A/C system. Our technician Matt D was professional and courteous. He inspected and cleaned our units thoroughly and gave us some recommendations for the future. My husband and I are very happy with the quality of service from Apple Air Conditioning and Heating and have recommended them to others.

I’m not someone to typically leave a review, however I was really impressed with the service I had received from this company. Initially, I was very pleased with the punctuality of John, as I have two small children with very precise nap times. My husband had been away during my estimate and I was intimidated that I may not understand what work needed to be done and be able to pass along the information. John Palmeri, was extremely personable and took the time to explain the entire process to me. He had even offered to call my husband and relay the information all over again for him. At the time of the repair, the guys that came were clean and professional through and through. If you’re looking for a fair company that clearly knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend Apple Air and in particular John.

I contacted Apple Air to fix a broken spigot that was preventing us from using our hose. Although, the price was more than I anticipated, Nick L was professional and extremely efficient. He took care of the problem in under 30 minutes and did an amazing job fixing the issue. We will definitely use Apple Air again for any plumbing issues that arise.

I called Apple Air for plumbing issues- a broken kitchen faucet, change filters to a 5-stage water filtration system and an outdoor water pipe that got damaged due to frost. Anthony P. came and fixed all of those problems. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issues and got the job done in a very efficient manner. I recommend Apple Air’s services for their punctuality and clean, no-mess service.

Jay and Rob were the installers and they were very efficient and conscientious about their work. Throughout the process Jay offered ideas of how to place the conduit piping so it wouldn't be an eyesore on the outside of my home. They always kept a positive attitude and made me feel at ease about the whole installation.
