Adam & David were phenomenal. I have an 8 week old baby in the house and we lost the a/c on a Thursday night I believe? I called and they were here within hours. The house was 78 quickly going to 80. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, provide expertise on a solution and help our family be safe again. I highly recommend them. They were extremely professional, didn’t push on anything to make any huge purchases. They really felt they were there simply to help. It cost a little for the repair but it was obviously much needed. I can’t thank them enough for helping us get the air working again quickly and then getting the the AC to work fully after the quick fix solution with a new part.

We just had our annual tune-up and our tech was by far the kindest, most polite gentleman. Joe (Tedford) was thorough and explained each part of the process - as a new homeowner with no experience, I appreciated it so much! I’ve only ever had a great experience with this company and I highly recommend them. And a BIG thank you to Joe!

Brandon S. was phenomenal - the service from Roland J Down is unsurpassed - take it from someone who has had service from all the companies in this area. When you need HVAC service done - you want Roland J Down and you want Brandon S to do your service. What a friendly, professional, knowledgeable service tech that really went the extra mile. He also did a great job explaining the value in signing up for the service plan, so we did! Asked for a half hour notice to meet at the property, Brandon called an hour in advance, just to make sure I had enough notice! Needed AC service as well - Brandon made time to complete the call. He took the time to educate me about my system so I can take the best care of it going forward and ensure it will last me as long as it should. Really can’t say enough about how excellent of an experience it was - it made something that can be a bit of a headache a really positive experience.

Our technician Zachary Savage was on time, efficient, friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our AC repair. He was able to spot the issue right away and fix it on the spot. We would recommend Roland J. Down to everyone, they were able to get us an appointment on short notice and charged a reasonable price! We will be using them for future services for sure!

We don’t realize how other people’s sacrifices aid in our society to function. With that in mind, I would like to extend the kindest regards to Dre and James who sacrificed time with their families on Memorial Day weekend to make sure that my A/C was functional so that my young children would not suffer in this heat. We were scheduled to have a service between 4-6pm and they responded to the call an hour prior to scheduled time!! We just purchased a Combination Gas Boiler and tankless hot water system to replace our old system. Gene and Dan provided excellent Customer Service are an asset to the Roland J Down team! They were punctual, professional and answered all of our questions! Kudos to George our sales rep who walked through the whole process! A+

The service tech was out to my house promptly after my initial call to have someone look at my heat pump. I ended up needing to replace my heat pump and worked with George who did the quotes for me. He was very professional and did a great job answering all of our questions. My heat pump was replaced a few days later and those technicians were also great!

I recently signed up for their service program and was happy I did. The customer service team is easy to work with for scheduling. Brendan S. (my technician) was on-time and provided valuable knowledge to help me keep my systems operating efficiently for years to come!

Bryan and Jonathan came to my home today to service my Lennox MiniSplit that had an issue with a blower motor/fan. The motor was making a ton of noise whirring away while it was working. They were able to finish the job professionally, quickly and efficiently. The unit is now operating quietly and smoothly. I am very satisfied with the level of service I received.

I have been a customer of Roland J Down for a year and every time I give them a call or even schedule an appointment online, they are always on time and super responsive. I recently had them come over and take a look at why few rooms were not cooling enough and Bryan Blodgett was here to diagnose and look at any issues. He is very knowledgeable and knew what to look for. I thought that it was a refrigerant leak, however his diagnosis and expertise proved that I was wrong. Brain provided some valuable suggestion and recommendations to make the house feel cooler during the warm summer. Thanks Brain and Roland J down team.
