Great service overall! The technicians were personable and communicated clearly about what was wrong with our system and the options we had available. I appreciated that I was show exactly what was wrong and that the technician took the time to explain to me the issue. It took a few weeks for the needed part to arrive, but when it did arrive, they had it fixed within the day. Will definitely use this company for any future HVAC service needs.

Justin and his team were recommended to me by a friend when I needed a second opinion on a new system. They saved me thousands of dollars They also got the new unit in 3 days after the estimate. Super professional, accommodating and clean.

I contacted Justin, owner of Affordable Solutions, last Thursday afternoon to get a quote for a back-up generator purchase and installation. Despite a busy schedule, Justin visited my home the next morning to thoroughly assess options for a Generac back-up generator. He was thorough in his examination of generator placement and wiring options; clear and precise in his communication; and transparent in his cost estimates. I had chosen Affordable Solutions as my second estimate because they had completed a similar install for my friend in Durham. My friend raved about their high quality of work, their attention to detail, and very fair pricing. Justin’s timely visit, thorough assessment and competitive bid underscored the accuracy of my friend’s comments. I elected to use my original generator company based on their reduced pricing incentive for the same generator, and expect them to perform well. However, the Affordable Solutions team was very responsive, knowledgeable, and price competitive. I would be pleased to use Justin and his Affordable Solutions team in the future for HVAC maintenance and replacement needs.

Our compressor broke down at our restaurant and we had worked with quite a few repair companies in the past and didn’t have a good experience with them. I stumbled upon Affordable Solutions on Google and was able to speak with Terri immediately! She was able to send someone our same day for a consultation. I then spoke with Justin the owner who told us what needed to be replaced. He was able to send his crew the in a 3 days of ordering the part and was able to get our AC to work again! The price was very reasonable and the customer service was exceptional! We will be now working with them going forward for all of our HVAC needs.

These guys are the smartest, most professional I have ever done business with. After I have alot of crawlspace work Don they will be replacing my entire hvac unit, as well as replacing all the duct work. They were able to get my current unit up and running the day they came out. The value is unmatched and thousands cheaper than several other companies. They also did my mom's hvac replacement last year. Don't be fooled by their age because they are all very knowledgeable.

My AC went out completely yesterday — after a recent large repair with JD Service Now I was given a year of “priority” service status. I called as soon as they opened and I was told it was unlikely they’d be able to come AT ALL today. So I googled and called these folks and they came this afternoon and fixed the problem in 30 minutes. My technician (Timmy) also rinsed out my unit for me. Pricing was incredibly affordable and WAY a below what I thought I would need to pay. So professional and kind. Will absolutely refer everyone I know

Wonderful experience! Easy to schedule (and reschedule when something came up on my end). Prompt, on-time and happy to answer my many many questions (first time homeowner) and the preventative service definitely saved me from repairs down the line and will also reduce my utility bills! Recommended.

I highly recommend Affordable Solutions HVAC and Electrical. I found them to be responsive, technically superb and a good deal more affordable than the larger companies that have provided or bid on furnace and air conditioning work at my home. They communicated with me in a straight forward fashion with regard to the issues that need to be fixed, as well as providing me with the full cost of the work prior to my selecting them to do the job. In addition, their cost for parts were fair and modest compared to several of their larger competitors that I have used in the past.

I hired Affordable Solutions HVAC and Electrical to fix my gas furnace. My furnace began to make odd noises then completely shut down. Five or six hours after stopping it would began to work normally only to start making the same noise followed by completely stopping once more. I called Affordable Solutions and Tim came by within three hours. He diagnosed the furnace's two problems in short order. The the first of which required an installation of a part which he had available in his truck but the second proved to be the blower fan. Unfortunately, Tim found that the model of blower fan my furnace needed was no longer made and that there were no off brand blower fans that were listed as replacements for my specific furnace. I called two other large, well known, heating and air conditioning companies but found that neither of them could find the blower fan I needed either. Jason, Affordable Solutions principal owner spent a substantial number of hours cross references blower fans and finally found one that was 100% compatible with my worn out one. Jason ordered it for overnight delivery and Tim put it in the following day. The furnace has been running perfectly ever since.

Following Affordable Solutions HVAC and Electrical repair of my furnace, I choose them to do my future annual inspection and maintenance of my central heat and air systems. In addition, should I need any electrical work in the future, I will use Affordable Solutions HVAC and Electrical to do it for me.

Called for a preventative maintenance check up on my hvac. Scheduling was easy, they showed up on time. Timmy checked all of the electrical components and did a thorough cleaning. No fuss, or hoops to jump through. Did exactly what they said while exceeding expectations for service. Our technician Timmy was a friendly guy.

He cane to my home figured out what was wrong fixed it an was gone in 10 min. The price was also a welcomed surprise, affordable left me with a smile .
