I called them on a Sunday evening because my a/c stopped working, they were in in less than an hour and had my unit running within 20 minutes. Had them come out and do a maintenance service and they were on time and They didn’t try to sell me anything, only wanted to make sure my unit was functioning the way it’s supposed to. I will only use K&W.

Great service experience! I really appreciated them dealing with the repair in a cost effective manner and providing tips to keep my AC units in working order. I met Kenyon and Desean, both technicians were very professional and problem solved until they found the problem with my HVAC. They took their time to explain to me what the problems were and how I could solve them, there were honest with me and gave me practical solutions for my HVAC problems.
