Called and required help with my gas fireplace that would not start. The technician was absolutely awesome. Very professional, knowledgeable and instructive. Not only did he repair our issue, he explained how it happened and what to do in the future to avoid the same mistake. I work for Cintas and deal with technicians on a daily basis, this guy was top notch. Would recommend him and your company to our entire community page.
This service is the best in the area! I could not recommend them more highly and will be turning to them first when I need help in the future. Their team is professional, responsive and skilled. When there was a scheduling issue, the owner personally reached out and made it right. They care about their clients and reputation. Prices are reasonable for their quality of work and definitely worth it.
One of the worst company we used. They came on Tuesday and were not able to figure out what the issue was. They tried something and charged us nearly $500 for 1h of work. Their rate is $50 every 15 minutes. On Thursday A/C stopped again. We called back and ask to come back because it was not working. We asked if we could not be charged for labor again, but just for the parts (if any needed) because we were already been charged and the problem was not fixed. The manager denied it saying they would charge about $400 and this may or may not solve the issue. Our request was met with impoliteness and unprofessionalism. Here some sentences that we were told: "I am an engineer so I am the expert not you..." "My technician needs to feed his children..." "This is America [with obvious indication about my accent] nothing is for free.." Please if you ever think to use them; stop, think twice and dial another number.
Please also note that the technician came into our house and stayed for 1h without face covering.
Update 9/1: Nevertheless the nice words and comment below, they did not do anything to make it right. They only offer we received was to come back, maybe fix the issue and get a credit of 20% off to use for a possible next service. We did not feel safe to have them back after how we were treated. End of story we paid $450 for a "not provided" service.
Update 9/17: After our complain to the BBB they reimbursed us the entire amount.
Very happy with their service from start to finish. I needed to repair a broken ice maker, and BMS was able to schedule me quickly. My service technician Paul was great. He explained what he was looking for and why, and diagnosed the issue quickly. A new replacement unit came relatively quickly, and he installed it a day later. For both appointments, Paul was on time and extremely professional. Based on my experience, happy to recommend BMS to others!
Service was prompt and reasonably priced. Personnel I interacted with were very friendly and professional. Fees were clearly explained up front. The issue with my AC was identified and resolved quickly. Bud Matthews came highly recommended from a neighbor, and now I see why! Would not hesitate to use again or recommend to someone else.
I had a Bosch microwave oven that occasionally was popping a breaker. I thought I would get ahead of the problem and have it check and repaired before it was a big problem. Again it was working 95% of the time. They came in thought the problem was the door switches so they changed them. After that it popped breaker as soon as the door closed. After repeated attempts to diagnose the problem they some how blew the control board ! Now I have nothing. The next day they called to say they can’t get the board anymore so they are done. Now I have to replace the microwave for $2000. They say it’s not there fault, the board was probably the problem. How convenient…
I am stunned at the lack of accountability this place has. One star is to high a rating as far as I am concerned. Never again .

In all three cases, they were incredibly responsive, professional, and have always offered multiple options and explained each very clearly. At no point have I felt like I was being taken advantage of, which isn't always the case with repair work. We will continue to go back to BMS for their services. Happy we found them.
