Can't say I'd recommend this company. My furnace was not working properly so I called these guys to check it out. Tech was on time and very professional but charged me $300 for a "cleaning" of my system and told me it had the wrong parts in it which caused it to not work correctly. I thought that was weird considering it had been working perfectly for years on those same parts but paid the "cleaning" fee and said thanks as he did get it running. An hour later my system stopped working again. I went up to check it out myself but noticed that the system was still very dirty and no signs of any cleaning done at all. I tried calling them back to see if they could come back out to fix it but could not get an answer. Finally got a call back and said the tech would call me within 20 minutes. No call was received that day so I called again the next day. Tech finally called me back and told me I would need to replace those "wrong" parts and it would cost $900 on top of the $300 I already paid. Still unsure of what exactly he did to get it running while he was here but the "cleaning" definitely was not it. Personally feel some quick temp fix was applied and I was over charged for services that were not even performed. Currently getting a second opinion from another company.

Kayvan Y corrected our AC issue and helped us sign up for a monthly maintenance plan. This is the 2’nd time he helped us with our system and we are very relieved to have an HVAC tech who we can rely on to take care of us hopefully for many, many years to come! I do recommend this company.

I have used Exact Temp for years and they are top notch. They charge very fair rates and stand behind their work. They had to come back after the initial visit to adjust something and didn't charge for the second visit even though they spent an hour onsite. They thoroughly explained the issues and how to prevent them going forward. I highly recommend to anyone with HVAC repair needs.

I picked Exact Temp from a list of HVAC companies and am glad I did. Our heat was not working one evening during a cold snap so I called them and they came out the next morning. Kayvan did a great job, he kept us informed of everything he was working on. He was punctual, patient, and professional. I would definitely recommend this company.

System was not hitting the temperature and tech did a through diagnostic! Found out that there was too much freon and he removed some and COOLING!!!

Exact Temp was very responsive and punctual.They did a great job communicating different options after my AC had gone out. They gave me the option of fixing the current system but explained it would last anywhere from 1 to 2 years and may still need additional repairs along the way. In the end I went with a new unit. This was a split AC unit install for a condo and they needed to get a crane to get the equipment on the roof. This was no problem for them and they handled getting the crane scheduled to be here. On install day everything went well and my AC is now working better than ever.

Exact temp was very professional from Star to finish of the project. They installed new system at my house within a day. And, always kept me informed of the timeline / cost etc.

Most of us call an AC person when time is of the essence for repair, and I was no exception. I was pleasantly surprised that they had a technician here right away, and he repaired the problem promptly. He was very courteous and honest and didn’t try to upsell me on any items that I knew I didn’t need. He did however notice items that had come up on inspection when I bought the house, and provided quotes to fix those items. I felt the price that was charged was quite reasonable. I will most definitely use their services again.

I have had Kenny out a couple of times now, once for furnace & once for A/C, and I will never call anyone else! The 1st time was after I was sucked into the TV commercials of those big companies that are there till midnight or say they will be there in 1 hour. That was a nightmare, I found out that you are paying for their huge marketing budget. I called Exact Temp and Kenny came out, the same parts and same work that I was quoted just under $1,100 for by the TV guys was $220 and no issues since. Fast forward 2 years, my A/C goes out the day before out of town guys arrive. Exact Temp worked me in the same day and I got lucky again, it was Kenny who remembered me from the last time. Quickly he had the issue diagnosed and had a couple of options. Some were items were required to restore A/C and some recommended and preventative fixes. I really like the honesty, professionalism, and high quality work they do. Kenny restored me to a cool comfortable home so I didn't have to put my house guest in a hotel and gave me options to not bust my budget. These guys are trustworthy and have that personal touch that I thought was long lost in businesses these days. Don't trust your comfort with anyone else!!

The technicians from Exact Temp replaced my HVAC unit this week and I have nothing but high praise for them and the work they performed. They were professional and caring during the entire process. Even before installation, Kenny work diligently with the warranty company to get authorization in a timely manner. I highly recommend this company.
