Air Velocity has been servicing my house for the past 1.5 years. Very impressed. The company installed a new HVAC system with 2 zones. Best price in the area. I spent about 15 hours researching different companies for price, respect from customers and industry professionals. Air Velocity was the best. They also installed a gas line for a new stove. Been working well and again best based on a new round of research. Customer service has also been fantastic. Company is quick in their responses and always spends the extra time making sure I am satisfied. I highly recommend them.

We had the guys from Air Velocity out twice this summer. The first time, the problem was hard to diagnose and instead of suggesting the most expensive fixes, they did their best to solve the problem inexpensively. This last time they came out they took their time showing me where the new problem with our HVAC system was and they again didn't suggest expensive fixes.

Super responsive, very personable, great to work with. Great local business who I plan to continue to use whenever we need to.

Bill was great. He responded quickly. Answered all my questions and got me in the next day when it was 95 degrees and everyone else was a week out on calls. I definitely recommend them.

We've used Bill's company for routine maintenance on our units and have always been pleased. He and his techs are always professional and never try for the sales pitch approach. They have always been knowledgeable, straight forward, and honest as well as reasonable pricing for any work done! We knew the life of our units was coming to an end so we contacted a couple other companies as well as Air Velocity just to get an idea of current prices. Once again Bill came out on top. We replaced both units outside as well as both the controlling units inside (up and down stairs). We were impressed with the effort to keep our house clean while they worked and clean up after they were done, their timely and professional manner, and to fix an issue with the upstairs controller that no other company had mentioned to us but could have voided the warranty on the new unit. Also his pricing is the best around and his and his tech's work is the best we've encountered! We'd highly recommend them to any one looking for routine maintenance right up to replacing their system!

I finally got around to scheduling maintenance on our HVAC unit and called Air Velocity because they had such good reviews. I'm so glad I did. Bill was quick to respond/schedule, and following service, he explained everything he did in a way that was easy to understand. He is a true professional and I will definitely call on him again.

I had an issue with my 7 year old HVAC system and through my realtor’s recommendation I had Air Velocity examine the equipment. The coils in both units were leaking badly and rusting. They recommended either replacing the coils or the entire unit. There was no guarantee that replacing the coils would end my problems. I am so glad to now have a new HVAC system with a 10-year warranty. Bill Gaucher and Shawn are both very nice and honest young men who do quality work. I highly recommend them.

We've had a great experience with Air Velocity over the past 5 years. We have called a number of times to get freon added when it's hot and our a/c died. We have never waited longer than 24 hours. We do not even live in NC anymore and our a/c was having difficulty staying cool. Bill was not able to repair it so he didn't charge us for his time. In the last 2 days, he has replaced our old A/C and put in a brand new unit. It has a 10 year warranty too! We feel he has been fair in his costs and has been attentive to our questions and concerns. I have, and will continue, recommended Air Velocity to others in the Clayton/Raleigh area. Thank you Bill!

I contacted Bill after doing a search for HVAC installers in the Clayton, NC area. Bill was quick to return my call and took the time not only explain his recommendation for the heap pump replacement hardware but also his business philosophy and work ethic. The new HVAC unit installation was completed today and I can now genuinely report that results were exactly as promised! Fast, clean, A+ quality work!
