Never use John’s Plumbing! I had them replace my main water line and sewer line about 15 years ago. About a year after the problems started. Eventually I found out they had put a hole in the top of the sewer pipe when they installed it. After that the copper pipe started developing pin size holes. The cleanout they installed only went to the street and not into the house which would require you to remove a toilet, if your clog was in the house. I just paid another company to replace the entire thing again after finding yet another hole in the sewer pipe! Never Ever use them!

Cameron one of the techs , did an excellent job with my water leak in my home . He went over and beyond to help me even after he had completed the job. The office staff was friendly too . They were able to fit me in earlier than the time expected.

Hot water heater died at 7am. Called John's at 7:15. Guys arrived around 2pm. Due to their schedule was going to have to wait 2 days for a new water heater. Some how they were able to send someone out at 5:30. Less than 4 hours later I got hot water again. Great company.

We used them on a weekend and paid the additional monies for emergency service. We messaged them on Saturday and they showed up at about 7:15pm on Sunday. They told me it was an electrical problem and asked for $149, which I paid, and told me they have one electrician and he did not have anything in the morning and he would have him come out. After hearing nothing by noon I messaged them through the website and spoke to Danielle and explained everything you have read above and explained that I did not feel like I have gotten emergency service for their emergency fee. She said she would try to get the electrician to call me. By this time I was starting to see a pattern so I made a couple of phone calls and had a different electrician on the way, which he took 30 minutes to fix my problem. I did eventually get a phone call from their electrician at about 2:30 telling me he would be a bit longer. I did inform him that I was good and he did not need to come. I will say that all of the people that I spoke to at Johns were nice, but I feel they need to look at their idea of emergency service and what it should mean to them and their customers. I paid $149 for a key chain, ink pen and a magnet clip for my refrigerator along with two guys telling me I was right that there was no power on my hot water heater. I will cherish the pen and clip... the key chain isn't good quality.

The experience was quick and efficient! A professional knowledgeable team...from the lady that scheduled the gentlemen that came out to fix the broken fitting/pipe. 100% recommend them!

John’s Plumbing is outstanding!! We recently had an issue where the abs tubing came apart for sewage drain, resulting in sewage accumulation in the crawl space. Jimmie (the plumber) came out and want above and beyond to repair the problem. His work ethic, creativity in plumbing repairs, professionalism, and interpersonal skills were all extremely impressive. He also helped in identifying a local water damage specialist that was immediately available for cleanup, drying, and full restoration of our crawl space — all at a reasonable price. Thanks to Jimmie we were able to keep our 2022 Thanksgiving travel plans. Experts like Jimmie make John’s Plumbing a gem among stones.

We had a pipe that busted and they were able to work us in over the holiday. They were on time very friendly and cleaned up after they were done. Prices were reasonable. They are highly recommended.

Had water dripping from upstairs bathroom into downstairs laundry room, called middle of the night last night. Was able to get dripping stopped and Justin from John's was at my door at 8:45am the next morning. He quickly figured out what the problem was, got it fixed and fixed a couple of other small things I had been procrastinating on and price was very reasonable. Highly recommend Justin and Johns!

Most un professional employee tried to put a septic pump in that didn’t fit by breaking parts off. He was rude and incompetent. Called the office they blamed me and refused to fix anything. Crooks

I hardly ever leave reviews for any business but I was so pleased with Johns that I wanted to. Our AC stopped blowing cool last night, I put in a service request with our home warranty company, they called and said it would be Friday before they had an appointment. That isn't going to work for me so I called Johns and they said someone would be out today. I called at around 10am tech was on site by 1pm. Luckily it was something that could be fixed today but I know I will need service in the future and I will definitely use them again but I may be cancelling my home warranty.
