Johns Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning

We used John’s Plumbing for several projects recently and in the past. Most recently we needed a filter system to take the Iron out of our well water. Jason Barnes diagnosed what we needed and then installed the filter system in a quick and efficient manner. It made a huge difference in our water.

Also, we needed some electrical work at our well house which John’s Plumbing was able to handle it with their own crew as well. David Murphy was very responsive helping us work through the details. In addition to the work for our well house I needed power to two more buildings on our property. Tim Stalvey led a crew that came in and took on all three projects! He and his team were very professional and customer oriented!

I had tried some other local electrical companies and they couldn’t take on the entire project. We were very pleased with the finished product, and how professional and efficient everyone was! It was a pleasure working with everyone at John’s Plumbing!

Our AC went out at 10:30 on a Friday night. I called John's after hours, their emergency fee is $139.99 + repairs. Rich arrived in about an hour and was very professional and personable. He took the time to explain his work and teach me about the capacitor while he replaced it in no time. I highly recommend the company and compliment Rich.

Good experience getting my hot water heater replaced. Got it all done same day.

They came on a service call for underground water leak. First thing the man said we charge $96.02 for a service charge. The only thing he check was the water cut off to the house . He said he would get with his estimate man and let me know what they could do. Two weeks today they never got back to me with an estimate. I called 2 times and the lady said they had been real busy! My husband called and they said they were working on it. So for my $ 96.92 we never received nothing!!!

Every experience I've had this with this company has been a pleasant experience! Today's tech Sean was super knowledgeable and most importantly very honest. He explained my options, let me know the best route to go & put my mind @ ease. There's never been a situation where I felt that I was trying to get sold something unnecessarily. The goal with Dr Johns is to make sure the work is done efficiently, safely all protocols are met the customers happy! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We have used John’s for several years and they are always exceptional. Last week they replaced our water heater after hours (these always happen this way!). This time they were over the top working until the early morning to get everything just right.

I wouldn't trust my plumbing problems to anyone else. These guys are reasonable in price and the service is top notch. They tell you what the issues are but never pressure you into doing more than what is needed. Plus they are always patient with my cat who wants to make a new friend :) I recommend John's for any and all your plumbing needs.

We Had an after hours plumbing emergency. I was skeptical about calling them because I figured they were over the top expensive. I was pleasantly surprised when I called and spoke to Christy as how reasonable the after hours charge actually was. She dispatched the guys out and even though they were already on a prior service call the response time to my door was another surprise. The two men that came out were extremely knowledgeable. There was no guess work as to what was going on. They informed us as to what the problem was, what they had to do to repair and what the charge would be. Once they had completed the work they left their work area extremely clean. I could not be more pleased with the quality of work these gentlemen preformed. Johns Plumbing has earned a new customer. Two thumbs up!

Excellent work, fairly priced, and an honorable employee. Shawn came out during the winter and worked on my furnace. It is over 20 years old and parts can no longer be found for it. He fabricated the necessary parts and got it running at a price that I felt was very fair. When my air conditioning went out this spring, I called and he again fixed the problem in just a few minutes. I am very satisfied with both the work that was done and the price that it cost. I will be using this company for all of my future work from now on.
