Replaced a limit switch. Took 2 1/2 weeks to get part in. Over $400.00 to diagnose and replace part. Switch replacement took 10 min. Technician was pleasant and professional.
Our AC quit working on late Thursday evening so I called the company who installed the unit on Friday morning. I was told the first appointment for a service call was Tuesday morning. I have used Tommy Bynum in the past, so thought I would give them a call. I was told a repairman could be out within the hour. Anthony showed up about 40 minutes from the time I called. He was very professional, explained what he would be doing, quickly determined the problem and made the repair. He was quite knowledgeable and willing to answer all of my questions. I was extremely pleased that my unit was fixed quickly for a very reasonable price. Definitely will use this company again!

I will spare the details of the saga that preceded their visit, but we'll say that we haven't been able to cool our home for the last month. I attempted to use other local HVAC services, but either they didn't answer the phone or were reluctant to help. Tommy Bynum Heating & Cooling were different from the first greeting. I spoke with Rob at one point who was very knowledgeable, helpful, and respectful. The service dispatcher and scheduler was kind and professional. She scheduled an appointment the following day with Alex. Alex was prompt, professional and warm. They were able to schedule a same day repair after Alex completed his diagnosis! We are now able to cool our house just in time for the heat to arrive, at a very reasonable price, and less than what anyone else quoted! All of this with incredible service! I would not use anyone else.

Overall satisfied. Originally scheduled an appointment from 4-6 and didn't receive a phone call from the tech until 6:45 saying he was 50 minutes away. Told him that I would call back the next morning but was actually called at 8:15 by their front desk apologizing for the prior day and scheduled me for that afternoon. Ronnie Smith was my tech this time and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I would recommend him as your tech.

He showed up exactly when he said at the beginning of my 2 hour window. He was very professional with his work getting the problem solved within minutes of his arrival.
