The office staff was friendly and arranged for a technician to come out the very same day I called. The service technician was on time, respectful, and professional. Additionally, he was very conscientious of COVID 19 precautions. The repairs were done quickly and efficiently, and the cost was reasonable.

Bob, Technical Serviceman, and Don, Sales Rep, visited me today about my heating and air conditioning. Both were excellent in there work, presentation and telling me exactly what I needed to know so I could decide what I wanted to do. Both were very professional and arrived on time. Where is the zero star? I had used Bain in the past and was happy with their services. This time however, it seems that there are new policies or new people. I don't know whats going on with them, but this latest repair was NOT a good experience at all. To keep it short, dishonesty, disregard and fake inflated prices were involved. It was a bad experience and I'm pretty sure I will no longer need their services.

I have worked with Bain Heating & Air Conditioning since 1988. James, one of the technicians, has been servicing my unit for the past five + years. What an asset he is to the company! He is personable, easy to talk with and wants to work with his clients.
