Great company - much better experience than with another one before. Absolutely nothing to complain about. They were really responsive, on time, courteous and respectful to the property. The technician explained what he plans to do and explained what he has done when he presented the bill. Price/cost seems absolutely reasonable to me, compared to the company that was used before. Would definitely recommend!

I pay the monthly service fee which gets you seasonal maintenance a couple times a year. It's affordable and gives me peace of mind. (My AC was full of 10 yrs of grass clippings-gotta remove that grille sometimes!) I'm also happy to be supporting a business run by someone I met over 30 yrs ago as kids and it's great to see that he and the business are so well regarded as evidenced by these reviews.

I called on a Saturday at 3pm when my HVAC went out unexpectedly. Billy walked me through some troubleshooting steps and booked an appointment for 5pm same day for me! Based on his help, I was able to identify what the problem was and fix it. Then he cancelled my appointment. All fixed! No charge! I will 100% call them next time!

Emma and I needed a A/C unit serviced and called my friend Billy Massey at Air one cooling & heating. We found out that the compressor on the unit was bad. The unit was 17 years old and needed to be upgraded. Billy showed us several options, including a Heating unit and we picked one that worked best for us. Billy gave us a date and time when the work would begin and completed. Billy and his crew did an exceptional job and took the old units away when they were finished. Emma and I highly recommend Air one cooling & heating for all your Cooling and Heating needs.
