Polar Air Heating and Cooling

I first chose Polar Air Cooling and Heating because they were a local company and had a user friendly website that included prices for their services(which is rare for an HVAC co.) Scheduling was very easy and Lance was quick and responsive. Upon arrival, Lance was friendly and helpful and did a great job. He was thorough and explained what he was doing in simple terms. He did not try to sell additional services or products. The services were fairly priced and I was pleased with the work. I will definitely be using Polar in the future.

My wife and I were lucky enough to have Lance replace our ductwork and air conditioner which both were past their use by dates. My wife has not sneezed or suffered allergy type symptoms since the installation. Lance was by far the cheapest quote and his team were always friendly, respectful and cleaned up after themselves. As it is his own company he has to stand behind his team and work and it shows.
I would recommend Lance to anyone.

Lance was absolutely exceptional. He was quick to text me when I initially called but dropped the call, letting me know he received my request and I could call back if I had any questions - this gave me a great feeling immediately.

We had about a 15 minute conversation regarding my issue, and he was at the house the following morning working away. The problem was identified within an hour, and the AC unit was fixed by end of day.

I just purchased this house and the AC issues were 'the last straw'. Lance really expressed his experience, professionalism and swiftness to get this all corrected. I will 100% be calling him again should there be anything else that needs to be done.

I have a 20 year old ac system. It has not been performing efficiently or effectively. Polar air came out the same day that I called and did a complete assessment, performed maintenance, and gave me helpful tips. The service was top notch and fairly priced. Excellent work. Called on a Monday, came out of Tuesday for a quote, mini split installed and working great on Thursday. Very fair on price. Trustworthy. Highly recommend
