In a world where common sense and friendly professional service is harder and harder to come by, Lance was a breath of fresh air. He was responsive and professional about getting me a quote and working within our agreed upon timeline to complete the project. I would highly recommend Polar Air heating and cooling. Had to call for emergency at 9 pm as my air conditioner froze. Lance was here within one hour. Found out that parts had melted. Lance got it working. I could not be happier. Will be using them every year for to check that everything is working.🙂🙂🙂
