Lost heat on Christmas Eve, the folks at Travis HVAC were the only one of eight contractors to return my call. Got my unit up and running quickly. Highly recommend.

My AC went out on July 4th weekend. Travis came out the next day and by Tuesday it was repaired.

I was very confused as to whether or not I should replace the entire unit or just the evaporator coil. Travis was VERY helpful and took time explaining the pros and cons.

I am very impressed with the quick service and the fact that I got a call almost right away. The guys were professional and nice.

And once the AC was installed, I got a follow up call and a week later a courtesy call to see if everything was still working okay!

I highly recommend Travis Heating and Cooling. I will definitely use them for maintenance and I have already given referrals.

We had our heat go out on Christmas Eve morning. Called Travis to get an appointment, got a voice recording and we left a messge for a call back.. He called back in a timely fashion. We discussed what our HVac was doing and He gave instruction over the phone to solve the problem. He was booked solid for this day and didn't want us to have to spend Christmas without heat. We are new to this area, just moved into this home and we found our HVac company for future needs.

Tried to convince the tenant that the entire unit needs to be replaced.

Must’ve received 10 calls and 10 emails after a simple repair service call. Paid 110$ for them to tell the tenant the entire unit to be replaced. Had the AC fixed for 200$ just a capacitor issue.

A month later I get a Call to confirm an appointment for an additional estimate even though we never asked for one. Elissa decided to simply hang up as soon as I asked who scheduled this appointment.Apparently that’s the manners we have to deal with nowadays. That’s a reflection of the fake professionalism you may get if you hire them.

I feel bad for folks that don’t get a second opinion.

If you have extra money burning a hole in your pocket, then definitely call Travis heating and cooling to come diagnose a minor concern with your AC system. You will get to know them on a first name basis with the multiple trips and misdiagnosis. Three separate trips for the same concern and it still wasn't fixed. One of the trips they even wired the thermostat wrong and had to send the lead tech, who figured it out and called the other repairman back to show him how to do it correctly...really? Kept charging me for parts that did not fix the concern, and the owner, Travis, would not call me back. I finally hired another company to get the problem resolved.

TRAVIS Hvac is the absolute BEST! I called Saturday morning and greeted by Travis who was very personable and welcoming via phone and I was happy with just that; being I’ve called several Hvac companies prior to and was greeted as if they were annoyed by my call and didn’t want to help… I was informed that a tech would be out in an hour and he was there before hand. I met James and he was very knowledgeable personable and welcoming to walk me through what was going on with my hvac. It was blazing hot outside and he managed to still keep a smile and talk to me about his experiences, the problem with my hvac all while working and sweating buckets. James even checked other parts of my unit and wasn’t trying to nickle and dime me for everything. He finished in about 40 mins and “Viola” the air started to blast!! I’m so glad I went with you guys Travis and James thanks a ton you guys were great!

Travis is the best! I had a very old AC unit that wasn’t working and probably needed replacing. I was not prepared for having a new unit installed, but agreed. Travis arrived, ready to install the new unit, but upon further review, decided there might still be some life in the old unit. He spent 4 hours giving it a complete overhaul, replaced some parts and it is now cooling great. The bill was significantly less than a new unit and this gives me time to prepare for the inevitable demise of the very old unit. Travis was kind and considerate and put himself in my shoes. When the time comes to replace the unit, Travis will be doing the installation! Thank you Travis!!!!

Called Travis late AM and arrived the same day at time specified. He provided a quick resolution to our AC not running after only a few minutes of evaluating the situation. After cleaning a clogged drain pipe and drained the water out of the pan on the furnace he had the air working. He stated that in time we would need a new Central Air Unit to replace our 18 yr old one but assured us that it was not necessary at this time. He showed a genuine concern for me, the customer. They didn't fix anything, a kid sat there on the phone the whole time talking to someone else, charged me $2000, within a few days it was 80 degrees in my house again.

I bought a house with the original HVAC units, Travis gave me options when I was in a crisis and saved me $$$. He maintained my dying air conditioner until I could afford a new more efficient unit and the install went seamlessly. Fast forward four years I came home one night to no AC blowing. I called Travis Heating and Air and left a message. I received a text within 20 minutes and was able to schedule service. Travis came out first thing in the morning, resolved my issue immediately and performed a complete system check. His prices are most reasonable and he didn’t try to up sell me on anything unnecessary.
