When my ac system was starting to act up I got referred this company and they seemed on paper to be quite a dependable and reliable company. The problems began when they were one hundred percent sure what the problem was with my ac on four separate occasions. Each time it was charged and the problem remained. After the fourth time they pitifully attempted to fix the problem only then did they finally suggest to replace the ac system. After pricing both of the different ac systems for the same price they soon became much more unresponsive and ghosted me worse than my ex girlfriend. The owner Travis claimed to be dependable and the only thing he became dependable at was pretending that he didn’t exist.

We have used Travis Heating and Cooling for over 10 years. We have always received superior customer service at a fair price. They are prompt, professional, and courteous, and we would not hesitate to recommend Travis Heating and Cooling to our family and friends.

Not a customer, just a fan of the wolf. Based on the wolf alone I assume the company is terrific.

Just had a wonderful experience with this company, our Ac went out tonight and called this company and they came out at 9pm after two other company’s never returned my call, James called and was polite and professional he knew just what was wrong, my drain was clogged and had my ac shut off for safety reasons he unclogged the drain and had me cool air. I wanted to say thank you James and thank you for letting us use the coupon we had 69.00 is all he charged us again thank God you called us back :) your a good man James and we will always use your company..

My husband and I had wonderful experience working with Travis and his team. We purchased our home in 2016 and had problems getting heat and air in our master bedroom and one other room. Travis and his team completed a thorough evaluation of our home and found the problem that so many in the past did not. They found one of our returns collapsed due to the framing of the dutwork system. The framing surrounding the ductwork was built with a 3 inch hole and should have been a 10 inch hole to properly fit the duct work (something the builder should have caught). Travis was able to partially connect the return so that we could get at least 40% of air and heat to our master bedroom. Our room feel so much better now. Prior to this we were using a fan in the summer and a heater in the winter in the master bedroom. We are cool now and we get heat as well. Travis worked tirelessly to provide a solution to an issue that was not his to solve. We are so grateful for the many hours he put in on his off days. Thanks so much for your patience and time. Travis Heating & Cooling was on-time, honest and went above and beyond to service our air conditioning units that are 12 years old. Other companies would have simply told us that they needed replaced, but Travis made repairs and then explained why it would be best to budget for new units in the Spring. Travis also provided a very reasonable estimate for the new system.

Knowledgeable, dependable, friendly, and reliable. I'm thankful to have had the opportunity to have received education on proficient services provided by a licensed professional. This company was able to get a tech out when the company I have a maintenance plan with was backed up from all the rain we had recently had. He diagnosed the issue quickly as being 2lbs low on freon when the unit actually uses puron.

I got in touch with the company I have a maintenance plan with and told them the diagnosis. They said they would have their tech out as soon as we had a good day.

I called Travis Heating and Cooling the next day to see if their was any lowering of the diagnosis cost($89) as their tech was only at my home for a max of about 10 mins. The lady was a little rude and said that was their charge and was unwilling to do anything about it.

Forget about using this company again. The tech was very nice, but their customer service isn't pretty bad, especially in a time like this.

I would like to let everyone know that I never write reviews but the experience I had with this company and the owner Travis was the worst professional experience I have ever had with any company!!! I want to warm everyone that reads this DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Travis came out and fixed my heat and charged me over $200. 00. about 3 weeks later my heat went out again. Travis came out and worked on it again and about month later my heat went out again. The 3rd time he came out he replace a part in my furnace with another used part for about $280 and told me that it should work and that he was trying to save me some money. He advise me that if that part didn't work that he would get a new part and I could pay the difference. Well about 5 months later my heat went out again. I called Travis about the part and told me that he would replace it. After that I never heard back from him. I called multiple time and left messages with no return call and the mean time I was without heat for a week. Finally I had to call another company who came out and fixed it. I will be taking this to court but hopefully by writing this I can save another customer the same bad experience.

4/12/21- I just saw your update reply 8 years later. The parts that where installed failed within months not a year later. My number and address has always been the same and I called the company multiple times and never got a call back after these services. I have never seen or received a message from you since that original post. My number and address has never changed so you did not try to reach out to me or resolved this issue or offer any other services. I stand by what I said and it’s all true.

I called Travis Heating & A/C because my neighbor had a very good experience with them and I did as well, for sure. Only a warm trickle of air was coming out of my central air and I called and got someone dispatched the same day. (I talked to a very nice and helpful lady, Leslie.) The arrival window was 4 to 6pm and technician Will Beard was here around 4:15pm. Will tested the system outside and in my attic and diagnosed the problem within just a few minutes. He replaced the capacitor in my attic and was gone within an hour or so. All along the way, Will explained everything with great expertise, clarity and friendliness. He also told me about an expense I might possibly incur in the next couple years and that those 89 dollar system tune-ups are smart to do. Most important of all, he wasn't trying to sell me everything under the sun. While I do have limited knowledge about heating and air, if Will had told me everything needed to be replaced, I would have done it. He simply didn't do that. Travis Heating & A/C could have made extra money in the short term but instead I will be telling everyone I know that this is a great company to use. In other words, integrity seems to be their long term business model. I can't recommend Travis Heating & A/C, and especially Will Beard, enough. Best $220.00 I've spent in a long time.
