All Year Cooling & Heating

I have used All Year for at least 12, maybe 14 years now. We are in are second home and they have taken care of the one we're in now and our first one. They are always courteous and kind in addition to quality craftsmen. I've recommended them to everyone I can. Many of my current neighbors have used them and now they recommend them as well. I count on them, ALL YEAR!!!

Installed a new heat pump and have scheduled and performed the yearly maintenance. Good people to deal with. Job was clean and do far so good. Update on June 3, 2020. Just had them replace the second heat pump. Very nice job again. Highly Recommend.

Jon came out originally to complete our maintenance. He was very professional and helpful. We had a part go out on our AC unit and he came back out and talked about options. I even received a direct call from the owner Lynn and he made sure that everything was taken care of and our satisfaction was guaranteed. Thank you Jon and Lynn for a great experience with All Year!

Called and spoke with Josh, scheduled me ASAP, showed up 10 minutes early. Did the job great and was super friendly, honest and transparent. I will certainly be calling them for my future needs. They are also a family owned business which I like to support.Highly recommended! Price was fair, correct and never changed, no manipulation and questions answered promptly because they are highly knowledgable and experienced!

Very impressed with the work done by All Year! Mr. Alex came by to do a tune up on my unit and all I can say is he is very professional with the work he performs. I will always use All year in the future for all of my heating and air needs.

My A/C unit went out during a particularly hot and humid time late on a Thursday night. I called All Year the next morning and by 10:00am a tech was here. It was determined that I had a large Freon leak that was not repairable and since the unit was 16 years old, I knew a new unit was needed. The salesperson was there by 11:00am and wrote a quote. The installers were there Monday morning and were finished up by 2:30 the same day. They even cleaned up after themselves! Would highly recommend this company.

I just renewed my maintaince service with this company. I've been impressed with their technicans and have not had any issues with my system since I switched to their mainatnace plan. I would highly reccomend them and are reasonbly priced when compared to other HVAC companies in the triad.
