Their technicians are great. Over the years, they have replaced my air conditioner, furnace, and water heater. They always provide excellent service with knowledgeable technicians and good products. Today Austin performed a thorough job inspecting the air conditioner as well as looking for any other home maintenance issues. They are in my opinion a very reliable and reputable company.

They took pictures and showed me the problem made suggestions on the best way to fix it. Because this has been a problem before I was really pleased that their work was guaranteed for a year. They did not "fix" it the same way it had previously been repaired by someone else which did not work. The price was reasonable.

I think DeSean did a good job, he worked on the unit a long time, found the pro lem and did what he could fix. We have you wait for a part to be ordered. He was polite and professional. It can't be easy in this hot weather. Thanks. Desean.

Contacted them yesterday about my old worn out and on its last leg system. They had a new system installed and running today! Guy was extremely helpful in deciding what was best and explained the options to fit my needs.

Very professional, on time, knowledgeable. Work was done quickly and effectively (outdoor faucet replacement) They also made sure the water pressure and water quality were not causing an issue. I would recommend their services to friends and family.

Corey and the other guy were great and done a terrific job. At least now everything is done correctly and I hope this unit will be able to keep up now that I hopefully have a big enough unit for this house. The guys worked very hard and it shows. After getting quotes from multiple companies Plumbing and Air Services put us at ease. Chris the Comfort Advisor went above and beyond to work with our schedule and listened to our needs and validated them. The crew that came out to install our new unit was amazing. They were courteous, helpful and respectful. This company made us feel at ease through the entire process. We will definitely use them again.

David was very professional and honest and up front about what needed to be repaired. Although the job was more complicated than originally thought, he was very thorough in explaining what it would take to do the repair right. He was pleasant to work with and seemed very knowledgeable about the work.

The technician arrived rather promptly. His attitude was very refreshing and his knowledge of the job truly showed in his work . Great customer service provided. I will continue to use this company for my plumbing and air needs.
