Ankar came out to fix our AC the same day and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything to us so clearly. We would definitely use Ice Bear again.

It isn’t often that you come across a company that defines customer service, responsiveness, professionalism, honesty and technical expertise the way Arkan and his team do. Every interaction we have had for our aging HVAC system on two unrelated issues with Ice Bear has been extremely positive. I would certainly recommend them to my closest friends and family. Rather than simply offering replacement right off the bat, using their knowledge and experience, they seek root cause and try to fix a relatively smaller issue, which has been the end solution both times I’ve had them out.

Arkan Salam is an absolute gem! While performing what should have been a routine coolant fix, he came across an issue with our unit created a previous technician (jury rigged/duct taped/fire hazard!). Very easily Arkan could have walked away and told us that he'd see us tomorrow...leaving it for another tech.....but instead he took the time to dismantle the disaster, run to his office for parts and perform the repair correctly. All of this, well after 9PM at night! Professional, pleasant, courteous! I hope I don't have HVAC issues again but if I do, I will absolutely be using this service again! (AND YOU SHOULD TOO!)

Our AC stopped yesterday afternoon and having a pregnant wife, I knew that I had to get someone out here quick.I called my normal HVAC company this morning and no answer. I called Ice Bear, explained the situation and he was at our house within an hour. He explained everything he was doing, was super professional, very understanding and very nice. He got everything done today and we are so happy with the entire experience. Would recommend to anyone.

I will never use any other HVAC company. This is the best company I've ever worked with. The company was very responsive, I contacted through their website and they emailed me back for an appointment. The contractor was stuck in his previous job. So, the owner came instead to do a thorough inspection. I was trying to find the filter in my unit the day before, but I accidentally broke the connection by accident. However, the owner of this company had all the equipment to fix my problem. My unit is 27 years old. My unit was also low on freon and the freon has been discontinued, so it's very expensive to get it. The owner also provided me really great options with great pricing to replace the unit if I need to. I'm obsessed with this company. I would definitely do business again with this company.

Our experience with Ice Bear was excellent From the estimate to the install and everyone was professional and courteous. We received several estimates but Ice Bear actually provided something written and explained the different options. We feel confident in choosing Ice bear.

When one of my heating and cooling units stopped working, I was told by the technician at the company I have been using for years that the unit was damaged to the extent that my only option was to replace it with a new unit. Facing a purchase and install price of more than $6000, I decided to call around for quotes. Three other companies had a look and offered the same solution for approximately the same price. The fourth and final company that I called was Ice Bear. After I described my problem on the phone, the company sent their top engineer to my home to make sure that nothing had been overlooked in the diagnosis of the unit’s condition. To my surprise, the engineer was able to offer me a repair instead of replacement. The very next day the engineer showed up with all the necessary parts, and within an hour he had the supposedly “dead” unit up and running. He followed up the day after and again one week later to make sure that the unit was continuing to function properly. I found this company that saved me THOUSANDS of dollars to be unusually professional, highly skilled, very honest and transparent, and totally customer oriented. Needless to say, I am no longer using the previous company to maintain and service my HVAC units. I am now an Ice Bear customer for life!

We own and operate Charlie's K9 Camp. Today, Saturday, August 21 our AC stopped working at the kennel. With 60+ dogs and the heat index we immediately called the company who installed and has serviced our unit for many years only to find out he is no longer in business. Charlie called a couple of people and Arkan is the only person to respond. He let Charlie know what time to expect him. He was on time, very professional, quickly identified the problem and fixed it in less than an hour. His price was very reasonable, especially since it was a weekend and we had never used him before. We will definitely contact him for all of our heating and cooling needs and highly recommend him.
