Got recommended to Native Air by my neighbor. He has used them for the past 15 years. Gave them a call to set up an annual service for my 2 units. Very professional on the phone, scheduling was easy and their annual service agreement is a fantastic price! Adam our technician was GREAT! Had our units looking and running like brand new. If you are in the Gastonia area and need this kind of service I highly recommend Native Air!

I cannot say enough good things about this company! The HVAC in my new construction home was done by Airtron - but I had some negative experiences with them, as have many of my neighbors. Native Air Realtor, so I decided to give them a call. Native Air was out to service my outdoor unit SAME Day - fixed the issue, checked out some other items in my home that I had questions about, took the time to carefully explain everything - extremely friendly staff fielding calls, and extremely knowledgeable techs as well!! I will honestly never use any other HVAC company! HIGHLY recommend this group.

My husband and I have used a few companies for different projects around our older house since we moved in a couple of years ago, and have had many frustrations in the process (sub par or incomplete work, over pricing, etc.) Native Air is the ONLY company we've worked with so far that we trust to do a great job, with great prices, in a timely manner. And all of the guys are wonderful! John has never pressured us into anything, and goes through all options to make sure we stay within our budget. Be sure to sign up for their yearly maintenance plan, especially with older systems, to keep everything running efficiently and to catch small issues before they become big issues!

The company had amazing customer services. They made sure everything was right and complete. American standard is very efficient and quiet. If you are looking for a new unit, they were fast, smart and hardworking.

I just had a new American Air system installed by Native Air. I have been with them for over 10 years and since they installed my new system my gas and electric bill have been cut in half if not cheaper
They have always been very responsive and quick to full fill my needs to make sure I was comfortable .

Native Air has installed two new complete Trane heat pump systems in my home. Their pricing was competitive, the quality and professionalism exceeded my expectations. I continue to use Native air to maintain three heat pump systems in my home. They have been very responsive to my needs.
Native Air has also installed new HVAC systems in my church and relatives homes. The feedback I hear from these customers is always positive.
