I had a family friend come by my new (to me) house and do an A/C check since the thermostat wasn’t reading what I felt was the correct inside temperature. My friend said everything was fine and just cleaned the outside unit assuming that would fix my issues.

Trevor at Native Heating and Air took my phone call when I contacted them for a second opinion other than taking my friends word. He sent a guy out immediately and found out that my system had been over-charged and was possibly running liquid refrigerant through the compressor instead of vapor like it should. After bringing the levels back to normal, my system immediately cooled like it needed. It removed the humidity out of my house and made my bill almost cut in HALF that next month! I can’t speak for larger companies but I will forever trust a smaller business like this from now on. They really care about their customers

Call these guys first. Don’t wast your time on anyone else. I have been fortunate to need HVAC services only occasionally, but when I do, it’s always Native Air that I call. The customer service is courteous and helpful, and the techs are friendly and honest. Their integrity is why I’ll never go elsewhere.

I have been a customer of Native Air for approximately 8+ years and they continue to be my choice for good service and prices. Their employees are exceptional for customer care and great service.

Had my furnace and outdoor unit changed and relocated. Everyone that spent time on this project including the owner was very friendly and respectful in all aspects. Everything on the job was done professional and clean.

The owner shannon is a con i have been in the trade for 17 years. I went to work for him because he was hiring and he decided never to pay me. Has avoided me for years and still owes me 3 weeks pay.
