Wake Forest HVAC Company

Just a shout-out to Mason Bridges with Wake Forest HVAC. We returned home late last night to find that our heat had actually been blowing cold air for at least 12 hours, and it was 65 degrees in the house. After a quick search this morning, I started sending messages and making phone calls. Despite what I imagine is an INCREDIBLY busy time for him as everyone really starts using their heat and experiencing issues, Mason returned my call almost immediately, came and diagnosed the problem within a couple hours, went to get the necessary part, and completed the repair. I have working heat less than five hours after first calling Mason...that's PHENOMENAL service! I and the three freezing scholars completing virtual school in this house are SO glad we found Mason!

The response time was amazing. I called and they arrived within 2hrs. They were professional and had us up an running in no time. We will definitely use them again

Mason is great. Over the weekend I had intermittent a/c issues. He responded immediately through his Facebook page to my inquiry and confirmed the first available appt Monday morning. He let me know he was en route and when he arrived he quickly diagnosed the issue and provided exactly what was needed to get me back up and running. A first rate experience all around!

Hands down one of the most honest heating and cooling hvac companies in the RDU. My mother used them when a part on her unit was back ordered for months due to covid
. One phone call to them and a few days later they were able to get the part and do the install, when every other company couldnt. Super professional and they were able to get her unit working again. Now she has heat for the winter. If you want a company that cares. These are you guys.

We moved into our home this fall and did not have a need for AC until now. After turning it on, much to our dismay, the upstairs was not cooling. We put out an APB to our friends in the area and Mason with WF HVAC company, came highly recommended. He came that day, diagnosed the problem, gave a fair price and had it fixed quickly.
