Legacy Heating and Cooling

Brian and Marquise were really friendly and knowledgeable about their job. They explained thoroughly what the issue was and how long that it would take them to fix it. This company is the best and highly recommend it to anyone with any AC or heater issues.

Used Legacy heating and cooling for about seven years always been trustworthy, professional, on time and this last time when my inducer motor went out I called them in the morning and they were there in the afternoon based on my work schedule! Strickland and Brian did an awesome job installing my new furnace and AC unit all in one day! Both were very polite and professional!

Had Brian, Cody and Stricklin from Legacy come to my home and install furnace, mini split, and A/C unit ( age of house mini split was more efficient, then running duct work) and they did an amazing job!! Very professional very knowledgeable, got it done in a timely manner. They were very considerate of the fact we have 5 large bread dogs that had to be able to go outside multiple times while they were here. They were very open and great about explaining the process and all the units we purchased. Also the best part of it all is the price and the 12 years of Zero interest. Also Chris the owner was very quick and awesome to get us a quote and get the ball rolling!!! When you call to get info on their services and prices , you will get the opportunity to talk to a amazing lady that is understanding and looking out for customers !!!! I can promise ANY HVAC issues I ever have will be with Legacy Heating & Cooling !!!! 5 Stars !!!!

Our furnace quit working on a Sunday afternoon. Found Legacy and called. Chris answered and said he’d be there within an hour.
Within the hour, he arrived, figured out the problem and was on his way to get the part. Once he returned and replaced the part, he went above and beyond and found a safety switch that was troublesome. He cleaned it and told us it would get us through the night and would return the following day with a new one.
True to his word, he returned with a new switch and we have been warm and assured all was good.
I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a trustworthy and respectful HVAC company

Sure the furnace works, but sloppy work. Zero difference with the upstairs temps. Had so many air leaks around the plenum, AC isnt level, white landscaping rocks throughout my yard. Never would have let them use them had we known. Once the sealent they used dried, it just opened up tons of leaks. Why not use tape? It's cleaner and more effective. Regret spending 9400$ with Legacy. Very offensive with regards to people of color. Extremely disappointed. Called another company to come clean up their mess.

Chris came within 24 hours of when I called and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave a very fair price and gave some suggestions on how to keep our furnace maintained. Would highly recommend Legacy for anyone looking for professional and quality service.

Chris and his team are not only good at their job, but they're extremely responsive in helping as quickly as they can. They even went out of their way to drive our family to a warm house during a bad winter storm, which of course is not even their job. A great family; truly heroic!

Chris made a visit to our home yesterday and gave us a very detailed description of what kinds of systems we could consider. He was very kind and considerate and not at all pushy. He was able to schedule our install for the next day, which was amazing. Brian and Cody showed up early this morning and were here most of the day. Cody installed the heat pump outside and did an excellent job. He also helped as Brian installed the main unit in the basement (heater/AC, Aprilaire filtration and humidifier system). Brian was exceptionally neat with all of his details and they both left the area spotless when they were finished. Brian was also very thorough as he explained how to set up the thermostat and care for the units. Overall, they did a top notch job! I would highly recommend Legacy Heating and Cooling !
