Strickler Ellis came to Hilliard, Ohio to service my malfunctioning Lennox A/C unit. He was super empathetic, kind, courteous, honest & professional the entire visit. You didn't get any used car salesman vibes or even a feeling that you were being price gouged. The technician was easy to chat with, asked basic questions to help understand & explain the issue and kept pricing very fair! He helped me to realize that putting filters in the floor vents and adding a grate a couple feet above my A/C increased the pressure on top of an overcharged system with too much refrigerant. That was a bad combination that caused the pressure safety to engage so my A/C went into damage prevention mode repeatedly until I turned it off. He adjusted the refrigerant levels and eased pressure off of the unit so now my home is cooling like it should be! Will be happy to call upon this small family company in the future as they have great coupons, are willing to work with your home warranty service and definitely know their HVAC systems! Totally feel prepared for something to go wrong so I can get these guys to educate me again in the future when I make mistakes like adding filters to the floor vents and enclosing my A/C unit a little too much! A++++++

Chris got when he said he would he was very polite He got right in there found the problem and fix it in a short amount of time. He was very knowledgeable and acted very professional a very nice person i would and will recommend Chris and Legacy heating and cooling .

Chris came by same day and fixed a couple things with my HVAC. He went over the ins and outs of the unit I have which is older so I am more educated in the particular unit I have and he went over some things that might be of concern in the future.
