Huge Heating & Cooling

Huge Heating always answers the phone and is very helpful in getting the problem solved quickly. I have used their company to install new furnaces in apartments that I own. They have always been on time and done a very thorough and professional job.

Alex is the best! He came earlier today as my air conditioner was whistling and not cooling. He diagnosed the problem quickly, told me his plan, returned to work on it and got my 30+ year old air conditioner working again on a day when the temperature was over 90! He was honest and I felt safe with him, trust is something you can’t buy and I know why again and again I call Huge!

First time using Huge services. They responded quicker than we thought. Very friendly "Ben" came to the house. After asking a couple questions , he then went to the AC unit outside, and realized the issue. Got it done so quick!!! We'll definitely use them again-thanks-

Our AC stopped working in the middle of a heat wave. We called and they were out within 24 hours, diagnosed and fixed the problem. They were very upfront about the issue and its cost so there were no surprises. I can see why the are rated so highly. We will definitely use them again when the need arises.

Appreciative of them coming out on short notice on Memorial Day but the service was unprofessional and inadequate. No face covering or any safety precautions were taken by the service mechanic they sent to my home. He went into the house without permission while everyone was outside working in the yard and did not put any coverings on his shoes which caused mud and dirt to be tracked throughout the house. I would have tolerated all that if he fixed the unit but he left claiming that the issue was a break in electrical line and would need to be repaired. He said the manager would follow up with a quote to fix it but he never reached out to me. I had an electrician look at it a couple days later and he found no electrical line issues but found a blown fuse in the HVAC system that he was able to replace and fix the unit on the spot. I wasted $114 having Huge Heating & Cooling come out and misdiagnose the issue which should have been obvious, especially since an electrician who does not work with HVAC units found the problem in 15 minutes.

Responsive, timely, yet overpriced and didn't solve our issue. Our tech took 45 minutes to diagnose, then 45 minutes to "fix" an issue that was previously resolved earlier in the day by ourselves... The issue we thought we resolved, and the one that the tech readdressed, had no relation to our leak however. The underlying issue with our AC hasn't been solved yet, we're just lucky AC isn't running this time of year.

One of our heat pump air handlers was not functioning. This resulted to no heat being distributed to the front areas of the house on a very cold morning. I called at 8:00 A.M. telling them I had no heat and Alex arrived as scheduled. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a failed motor. The main office was able to locate a new motor of the make & size we needed. Alex took the time to explain his plan to pick up the motor, the timing & price for the repair, etc.. All was installed and functioning again within a very reasonable time. Thank you.

Dave was awesome; he did such a thorough job of going over our furnace and getting it ready for the winter. He helped us with our thermostat, making it more user friendly! He also spent time going over our humidifier. We really appreciated his extreme thoroughness and competence!

We have had Huge Heating and Cooling as our maintenance provider for over 20 years. We have never had a problem, they always call at least an hour before the scheduled arrival.
