Having worked with HHP on several HVAC projects over the years, I am really surprised to see negative reviews about the company. My experience with them has been positive in every way, including the price and quality of the equipment, the speed of delivery, the documentation, the warranty coverage, and the unmatched technical support. I would fully recommend them without any reservation whatsoever.

I am a non-professional DITY type who appreciates the ability to buy HVAC equipment directly for my home and rental properties. I have significant technical and mechanical expertise, but as a non-professional who does not do HVAC every day, occasionally I have questions. The staff at HHP is always quick, responsive, and accurate, to which I give much credit for the success of my projects over the years. Also, if you order something, they may contact you with some questions to ensure that you are buying the right thing. You should consider this a big favor and listen to their advice.

One side note... HVAC is complicated and you really need some prerequisite skills to pull it off. If you come to the project with existing skills and just need some help, you will get it from HHP. Conversely, if you expect someone to hold your hand and teach you from the ground up, you will be disappointed and it is not HHP's fault. So, if you are serious about this work and have the right perspective, I am sure that you will find no better friend than HHP.

Gave Aaron O'Dell a call when I needed to get a straight answer about the best options for replacing my A/C. For those who don't frequent this type of industry space much, it is hard to help or teach yourself. This guy is the definition of professional. Gave me clear advice, product information, good anecdotes to help with making sure I understood. 11/10 would recommend for any assistance you need with purchasing or inquiries into your AC.

I purchased a used Hamilton series WHG, 75,000 btu hanging garage heater at a garage sale. So I called them for conversion to propane kit and misc parts and spoke to Aaron in customer service. He was awesome! He answered all my questions and told me what parts to order at the website. I screwed up the order and over order a few parts. Well, I was shocked the next day when Aaron called me up at 10am and took the time to straighten up my order. I received the order the next day before noon! I can't say enough about the customer service by Aaron at Hamilton! Thanks Aaron for going above and beyond!

I had an issue with my furnance so I contacted the supply store nearest me. It just so happened to be Hamilton, and what a pleasure. Great help and customer service. The salesperson went above and beyond in helping me purchase the part I needed, and guiding me on installing the part. Will definitely recommend this store to others, couldn't ask for better service and nicer folks.

Really had pretty good costumer service, they replaced the actuator after it went bad in less then a week. I had to pay up front. I'm not aware of the payment being refunded yet. As for the humidifier....It was installed to exact specs. Im having to run another large floor model and that i had previously and am filling it just as much as I was before. Also the actuator is stuck open again....I'm unhappy with the product and will be either returning or replacing it.

Do not trust this company. We did not receive what we ordered. Company asked us for clarification of order. We sent it and they acted like they did not receive it. We called company three times for help and NEVER RECEIVED A CALL BACK. Do not purchase from this company, they will not stand by their employee promises. Do not purchase anything from Hamilton.

I ordered a furnace. The date I ordered it, I was given a delivery date of 10 days. The email they sent gave a delivery date of 19 days. How long does it take to ship something 800 miles away, at the furthest distance? When asked to expedite, they said they can't. That's ridiculous.
