We called late in the day on a Saturday and Tyler showed up an hour after our initial phone call. He was able to get everything flowing again and set us up for our next appointment. Throughout the entire service he showed professionalism and understanding.

Dan Guentz was absolutely amazing. He was very professional, detailed, kind and personable. He made sure that we were satisfied with his estimates and worked with what was convenient for us and the best option for fixing our plumbing issues. My husband and are are very pleased as well as satisfied with the service we received from Apollo, especially from Dan. No messes were left behind either. Could not have asked for a nicer and knowledgeable person to assist us. We are also thankful for Stephen who was just as professional and courteous as Dan. Jeremy was fast and efficient when he checked out my air condenser and motor. He took the time to make sure we understood what the problems were and tried to offer us the best solutions for repair or replacement. The air conditioning is out of warranty and blows a condenser ever other year however a $400 bill is easier on our budget than $1500 for a new motor. His and honesty and Appollo understanding of our needs at this time was appreciated and we glad to have chosen Appollo,

Jeremy was great to work with! He was responsive and came same day that we called. He was kind and knowledgeable. He fixed the immediate problem and gave us advice on future issues that might come up. We would definitely recommend him and have him back for other services!

I contacted Apollo on Easter morning to replace my water heater- first spoke with Gina who worked with Latoya to get me an emergent service call that day - both ladies were awesome and very efficient ! They sent an exceptional plumber to evaluate - Michael was wonderful, personable and knowledgeable- he went through process step by step and gave explanation for his findings. I appreciate that he went above and beyond to get me on schedule for replacement by morning. He sent Nathan in to replace the water heater. and he is very responsive, respects the environment and home he is working on . He also was very knowledgeable and expansive on everything in his explanation to me. He worked efficiently and did an exceptional job! I highly recommend these individuals and would like to add that Apollo is a very lucky company to have reliable professionals to represent them. Ty Nathan and Michael for getting it done! First time with Apollo and I am delighted with the service we received. Timeliness, the care they took to protect my carpet and flooring, and the professionalism was outstanding! While the installers were here, my 94 year old mother had to go out to the car so I could get her to an appointment. The technician helped her out to the car!
We both was sooo thankful for that help. So not only was their professionalism outstanding, those guys gets an A+++ for their courtesy and mannerisms!

We had a new furnace/heat pump system installed yesterday. Today was a whole house duct cleaning. The before and after pics are amazing. Ryan and the other tech(Wesley I think) were professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. Apollo is fortunate to have employees like them. In fact all of the Apollo employees have been exemplary and we will use Apollo in the future for all our HVAC needs. Thank you all.

Rick Chesney installed our AC unit. He was very clean, professional and friendly. He explained things to me when I had a question. He didn't mind my watching what he was doing and he cleaned up after himself. He explained the new control and gave us a head's up about the furnace. Great job!

Cody and Jacob came out to install a whole new hvac and furnace system with upgrades on our home. They were very professional, thorough and clean as they worked the whole day in an upgrade overhaul on our heating and cooling system. We are very pleased with their work done. After completion they have us a thorough walk through of everything they did and showed us a whole new run down on the systems and hardware. Sometimes you get sub-contractors that come and do questionable work. We got the official Apollo vans and service technicians.

All ways a pleasure to do business with Apollo. My one source for all my home needs. When things go wrong at home and you need help.They are all ways one call away with courtesy and professional service men and women who are willing to go the extra mile when needed. I maybe a little lighter for the service work they have done for me but I trust them to excell at my repair which is done right and on time. Excellent quality workmanship.
