Crane is who we went to when we needed a new system. Great service. I would recommend to anyone needing a new furnace/air conditioner.

I needed A/C service. On a busy day for them, I was able to get a Techician to my house within 1/2 day. As always, Crane's technicians are friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Tech was able to quickly zero in on the issue.

Crane came out to install a new WiFi thermostat, was done quickly, professionally and reasonably priced.
EDIT: Had a small issue when flipping over from heat to AC. They stood by their installation and performed the repair at no cost.

I feel like there are cheaper companies out there. I pay for service.

We were told we needed to replace the gas valve, they replaced it and within 24 hours the system did not work. It appeared that this service wasn't needed as we called a different company after the fact and it was something to do with some wiring. So we spent $1,161 on something that didn't need to be done. Also we were told by the technician that we needed to replace the entire unit, so we are skeptical of Crane heating moving forward and will switch to a different company as we do not trust their judgment and we feel we wasted money on something that didn't need to be done at the time.
