HELP Plumbing, Heating, Cooling and Drains

They never really seem interested in fixing anything, just replacing the current system which is more than likely their business model. They are very costly compared to other companies but are thorough with what they check. They always seem to have a grand proposal of some sort that costs you 1000s and it's different for every tech that comes out. Which if it's an issue shouldn't it always be the same thing? The techs are extremely friendly, prompt for appts, and communicate well.

Their customer service person sent me a passive aggressive email when I canceled my subscription because I asked tor an update when no responded for 72 hours.

HELP was phenomenal. Our water heater was leaking and was starting to spread throughout our basement. We needed help ASAP. We called HELP, and they had someone out within the hour to check on it. Phil was great, and clearly explained the issue and what some of our options were going forward. In a matter of 3.5 hours, we had made a call to HELP and they finished installing the new water heater. Couldn’t be happier with how it went and would absolutely recommend them.

The customer service at HELP is commendable. It's like the Chick-Fil-A of the HVAC industry. From the initial call to the repair itself, everyone I dealt with was top notch. Matt was timely, professional, polite, knowledgeable, informative and had my 14 year old AC unit back up and running in less than 30 minutes. I'm so confident in the quality of their services that I purchased the monthly membership. I trust my home with HELP.

About 30 gallons of water from a double load washer that went through the wash and rinse cycle is all over my downstairs floor because Brandon forgot to put the drain hose back in the drain when he moved the washer back. Not so concerned about the laundry room floor but I am really concerned about the water that is now under the brand new floating floor that we cannot get out, without tearing up a brand new floor, that we just put down in March. What does HELP do about this if we start to smell mold? For $35k I really expected a lot better than this.

Rick came and diagnosed the issue quickly and replaced both water valves behind my washer really quickly. He was very nice and friendly :) I would definitely invite help back to fix any future issues.

I just had some maintenance done to my HVAC unit and Seth was very professional super knowledgeable and just a great guy I would recommend his service to anyone that's how great he was I'm glad he was available

I have had them replace my sewer line in the basement, sleeve the sewer pipe out to the road, replace electric service with 200 Amp and replace my furnace. They're not necessarily the cheapest but I have had nothing but top notch professionalism out of these folks. I highly recommend .

My hot water heater was leaking. Josh checked everything out and explained what he was doing. Unfortunately the hot water heater couldn't be repaired but he gave me options for replacement and explained them all. Made the appointment online, easy and timely.

Tech was fine i suppose, problem i had u all out for cost me 75 dollars 2 fix myself. You wanted 900 dollars to fix. I understand u have overhead, but your prices are way out of line. Will not use you again nor would i recommend you. Guess some1 has 2 pay for all the commercials you run, but it isn't gonna be me or my family!

From drain cleaning to full install of our new HVAC unit we have always trusted and called on HELP for our needs at our home. They arrive on time, super friendly and very knowledgeable. We know we are going to get the HELP we need every time they show up.
