We obtained three quotes for an electric air and furnace system for our condo. Airtron had the best quote, granted not apples to apples, however, a great value on a Bryant system. Dustyn our sales person was quick to assess our needs and followed up with an electronic quote...saving us a long sales pitch! Install was only a two day wait. Our installers were awesome! Vincent and Danny were personable, fast and efficient. We highly recommend Airtron

Today I had Danny and Vincent show up to install my new heating and air-conditioning. They arrived right when they said they would. They installed my new system in just a matter of hours and then thoroughly explained everything I needed to know, once they were done. I am just tickled-pink with their professionalism and would absolutely tell anyone to go with AirTron. You will be totally satisfied and this is what any customer would want.

I can't say enough about how personable, courteous, and competent the Airtron employees have been, from my first call to make an appointment to the final, completed work. Chuck was great at the diagnostic appointment, Karen was very knowledgeable and helpful when selecting the best furnace and AC unit for my home, and Nick and Shane did a great job with installation. Nick and Shane were efficient and professional all during their time at my home, and very respectful of my property and of me. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with HVAC issues or anyone looking for a trustworthy company to install new units.

I too experience scheduling issues (regarding comment below). I had an appointment on the books for May 1, 2020, scheduled via Alyssa Finley Retail Manager in November 2019, due to the ongoing issues with my outside unit. No reminder call so I called at 4:15 p.m. the day before to confirm I was the first appointment with a specific person (one of two individuals the Retail Manager had stated she would have scheduled). At 7:45 a.m. the next morning Ashley called to say the appointment is canceled due to no one available for scheduled appointment and rescheduled for May 29. I tried to explain that I this appointment has been on the calendar for six months, but Ashley would not even attempt to work with me or look for an appointment earlier than the 29th (I took the time off for the appointment). So, I call on May 28 in the morning to confirm my appointment the following day. Again, it was confirmed I was the first appointment with a specific technician (same one scheduled for May 1). On May 29 I got a call that I was the second appointment of the day (not the first as was confirmed the day before) and not with the technician I was originally scheduled because he decided to take the day off (same technician and same situation as May 1). I got a call at 11:05 a.m. the technician was on his way and as usual had to ask who it was that would be coming to my home. Forty-five minutes later I called again to confirm the technician was on his way. The technician arrived and was professional, friendly, and thorough as is all their technicians. I have met several in the past two years and even though I have had issues with both inside and outside units the technicians are great. Also, I did leave a voicemail for Alyssa Finely yesterday, May 29, stating I again was calling with a complaint about scheduling. She, by the way, is a good listener. I know we ALL are doing our best at this time and I also know feedback (good and constructive) is what is what is needed to benefit everyone.

Airtron has serviced my home for many, many years. I recently had to have the motor replaced in my furnace. Yancy was the installer, and was very friendly and helpful. Answered all of my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the repair. The company laid out my options very clearly to decide to repair or replace, and was quick to return for installation upon my decision.

Karen was very professional when quoting the work. Nick, Vince, and the rest of the team did a great job on my installation on 6/9/21. They replaced my condenser, furnace, coil, etc. all in only about half a day. I would highly recommend Airtron.
