Matt was quick, communicative, and really helpful. He gave us exactly what we needed and didn't try to give us any run around. He also was considerate in discussing his protocol for maintaining social distance! We will definitely use Matt and Cardinal again.

I called Cardinal Heating and Cooling on Mother's Day in the evening and left a message about my air conditioner not working. I received a call back very quickly and an appointment was made for Monday between 9 and 10 a.m. They showed up at around 9 and found three problems which were fixed in a timely manner and at a reasonable price. I recommend this company and give them an excellent rating.

U$75 for 10 minutes of service... Didn't even have a gas leak detector... And did not even look into the burners, not to mention cleaning them... If you want someone with damped rag to clean your furnace, call them. Talk about lack of basic services...

Trust them to give us the bottom line and never recommend something we don't need; in fact, often offer us options to help our systems run more effectively/efficiently and put the time in to discuss pros and cons of those options with us. I called "Cardinal Heating & Cooling, LLC." for the first time today, a freezing cold Saturday, because my furnace had stopped working. The phone was immediately answered by the owner Matt. With in two hours of the time I called "Cardinal Heating & Cooling," Matt was at my houseā€¦ and with in 35 minutes of the time he arrived my furnace was up and running again! I could not have been more satisfied with the prompt and courteous service that was provided to me, or, by the way Matt pinpointed the problem and got right to fixing it.
I gave "Cardinal Heating & Cooling" a five star rating because I was impressed by the skill level exercised in detecting the problem, because it was fixed properly, because they are professional, because they were available to me when I called, because they were prompt in getting here, and because they were honest by fixing just what needed to be fixed!

Matt came out on 2 hour notice at the end of the day and fixed our problem with the thermostat; and did a thorough safety check on our old furnace while he was at it. Very conscientious and professional!

Had an appointment that they obviously didn't want to take due to where my house is. They set me up an appointment anyway, they called when I was on the phone and I called them right back at two different numbers, but they didn't answer, then when I did get a hold of them, told me they had moved on to another call after 5 minutes and couldn't get to me for at least 2 weeks. Never dealt with such unprofessional people. If you don't want the job say so at first don't leave in the cold for 5 days and then make up some lame excuse. Complete unprofessionals.

Came out and fixed our a/c. He moved his schedule around to accommodate us and our medically handicap child with severe lung issues. Had he not come we most likely would have had to take her somewhere else. Heat and humidity are not good for lungs.. Thank you so so much!
