Thermo Pros Heating & Cooling

I had Thermo Pros out because my AC was not working. The problem was a broken compressor or short compressor. Michael gave me the option to repair and also for replacement. The ac is kinda old at 17 years. Everything involved in the repair was explained as well as the replacement. There was never any sales pressure to replace. Only experienced guidance for both options. I like this as a single mother of three. Michael happily answered all my questions and I asked for some time to ask friends and family what they think. In the end I chose to replace the AC and it was done/installed promptly, the next day actually. I got two other bids from larger local companies and went with Thermo Pros. They did have the best price. I'd definitely recommend Thermo Pros to everyone, friends and family.

As a long time real estate investors in Columbus, I've used Thermo Pros for at least 5 years. They have always been professional,on time and repairs/installations have always been fair and reasonable priced.

Recently the blower on my Bryant Furnace went out and was in a slight panic to have repaired. Gave Mike a call and let him know what I thought was the issue. The following day he showed up, tested the old blower motor, and determined it would need replaced. Lucky for me, he had one with him.
