Bill Reynolds HVAC was able to come out for an estimate and do an install within the same week! The technicians Kenny and Steve did a great job and were very polite and professional. They were able to replace my heating and cooling units in the house with very limited space and left the work area spotless. Outside the house the new AC unit looks very nice and level. I very much appreciate the work and would recommend anyone to go to Bill Reynolds for any HVAC needs. Thank you again Kenny and Steve!

I worked with 3 individuals total - one assessed my old unit and provided a quote, and two others installed the unit for me (5 days later). Each associate was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great and responsive customer service as well. Next time I need heating / cooling professionals, Bill Reynolds will be top of my list to call. That said, I hope I won’t have to be making that call anytime soon 😂. Had an appt for an A/C tune-up between 10am-2pm. When no one had showed or called by 2:15pm I called and the woman said I must have made the appt. with some other company because not only was I not on the schedule, I wasn't even a customer. I said, nope, I had never used them before and certainly wouldn't now because I was calling off a ValPak coupon so couldn't have called someone else....why does everyone these days try to shift the blame away from themselves??? We're going to need a new furnace & air conditioning unit within the next couple of years, I certainly won't be calling Bill Reynolds Heating & Air Conditioning!

Excellent fairly priced service...Nick repaired my boiler furnace to bring it back online, in less than two hours, once the repair parts were available...thank you for the excellent service...I want this same company for my yearly/bi - yearly maintenance checks on my boiler system...Needless to say, I highly recommend Bill Reynolds Heating & Airconditioning Services...

Bill Reynolds staff is wonderful to work with. From the team in the office to the professional installers they are awesome.
In my case where the hot water tank from the Condo unit above flooded my furnace in December, the installers were out by the end of the day with space heaters and started working on a Friday and by the end of day on Saturday my furnace was installed. By Monday my new AC unit was installed also even though not needed. I would recommend Bill Reynolds to anyone if they want reputable service and awesome people to provide the service e needed.

Josh came to our house after our thermostat was no longer functioning. He was extremely professional, knowledgable, and courteous (wore a mask, put on shoe covers, explained everything in easy to understand terms). He found a solution to the problem and described other potential alternatives and the associated costs. The person from the office who called to coordinate and review things was also extremely professional and helpful (I feel bad that I cannot remember her name). They also have automated phone calls for appointment reminders and to alert you when the service tech is on their way. We will continue to use Bill Reynolds for all of our HVAC needs. I highly recommend their services.

The representative from Reynolds was very polite & courteous. Just a couple of things I thought would be done, but am not sure if they were and would appreciate a response from Reynolds. 1. Was the April Air filter checked? 2. Surprised that the the furnace filter wasn't replaced. It was dirty and I did replace it myself, but thought this would have been done at time of service.
