We were unable to make the plumbing repairs on our own and APEX was one of the few plumbers who actually called me on a Sunday to schedule a time. The tech came as scheduled, with his office sending me texts & emails that he was on his way. The clean & branded truck gave us insurance that the work would be good. Keenan was thoughtful as he entered the house and able to give us a quote on the spot with options to lower the cost. The overall cost was a bit more than we wanted to spend, but we needed it done, and Keenan got it all done for us. He even discussed with us the option of getting a filter system that would help save our internal plumbing and allow for better drinking water. The APEX bear is our favorite! Will consider APEX for future plumbing work for sure.

I had a repairman come to my house and install a new sink and the plumbing underneath within a day the plumbing was leaking. Come to find out the plumber had used all the wrong tubing so I called Apex and Nathan Shaffer showed up. Nathan took the time and evaluated the situation and explain to me all that needed repaired and why it needed repaired the price was very affordable. It came with a one-year warranty. He was very professional. He did an amazing job. Left the work area very clean very friendly. I would definitely recommend Apex.

Gus did an excellent job locating the leak (which turned out to be a pin hole leak in a twenty year old solder joint.) With the leak found he quickly replaced replaced the failed connection and the leak was plugged. I am very happy with his service and recommend the company.
