Gus did a great job flushing the water heater. He even let me know we could go a bit longer as there was not much buildup in the water heater

Had frozen pipes due to extreme weather before Christmas. Nate took the time to review all the issues and the design of the pipes and was able to install two shut off valves as a preventative measure in the event the pipes burst when the water thaws. This provides our family some options if the the pipe does spring a leak. Answered all my questions, reviewed our options and took time to explain the effect of the shut off valves in full. Much appreciated.
