This team was so wonderful! From the first call to set up an appointment, the customer service was amazing. The team that came to do the repairs went above and beyond. I had estimates from other companies and simply did not go with them because they made me feel uncomfortable. That was not the case with a single person on their team! I was already embarrassed at the state of my home but not once did I feel judged and we even had a few laughs over several repairs that were done. They always kept in mind I’m a single mother and prioritized what needed to be done to keep my home and family safe. I will never go to another company and will be a customer for life now. No, they didn’t pay me to write this either and I hardly ever write a review but it was certainly called for after the superb services they all provided. Dean, Rob and Tim were just a few of the amazing folks that helped me!

Prompt. professional. After our hot water tank failed we called Eco Plumbing. They were here within a couple hours to assess. We had a new hot water tank up and running within 24 hours without any real interruption in hot water availability. Highly recommend these folks

Eric was absolutely wonderful! He was very friendly and professional. He was also knowledgeable and very willing to share information, tips, tricks, etc. And best of all, he wasn’t a push salesman. He even offered to help me with an unrelated issue (tightening the screws on our screen door that kept hitting the deck floor)….wow! Would happily have Eco Plumbers service our furnace and a/c in the future if Eric handles it!

Dean came out as a follow-up to a previous service call to run a camera through our main drain. He was very professional and provided excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company. Called Eco Plumbers last night just after 8:00, was put on a wait list. They called back in less than a half hour to do the job. Zane, who installed a new sump pump with battery backup, quickly diagnosed the problem as an old dead pump and replaced with a new one.
I was given three options without pressure to choose the most costly one. He explained each choice and when I chose the pump I wanted, he got right to work. After the installation, he showed me everything and explained how the battery backup works. He was professional, friendly and very responsive to my questions. He made sure I was happy with everything before he left. Would recommend him

Dean was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond. We had a pipe coming from our sump pump to the outside that was leaking underground that we were not aware was leaking. All we knew is the sump pump would never shut off. We had other plumbers from other companies who did not know what the problem could be. Dean immediately found the problem outside without even running a camera. When his coworker Rob dug into the area there was the broken pipe and the water just kept turning over in the same spot. It turned out to be a corregated pipe that apparently should not have ever been used. The whole area needed to be replaced with solid pvc pipe. Dean worked with us to obtain a loan and spent time making sure it was set up correctly. He was so kind, knowleagable and professional. I cannot sing enough praises for the customer service these two young men provided. Additionally the crew to fix the area would not be arriving for another two days so in the meantime Rob dug a trench to drain the water. Thank you Dean and Rob for your excellent services!

Eric Spencer was very knowledgeable, knew what to do, how to do it and didn't waste any time doing it. Very professional and with a great personality. He completed the air conditioning maintenance and went a step further and looked into a problem I was experiencing with my furnace and actually fixed the issue right then. Very impressed. Will definitely refer others!

Called ECO Plumbing and they came out to give us an estimate the next day. Tom Zimmerman was our serviceman, he was polite, friendly, cortious, very professional. After assessing the problem he gave us several options for repair. He was informative and very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend ECO Plumbing.

Tom and Greg did a great job installing a gas tankless water heater and a whole house water filter. It involved a lot of work, including venting and rerouting water pipes and they stayed until it was done. They were punctual, took time to explain what they were doing and explained how to maintain our new systems.

Eric Spencer was professional, knowledgeable and informative. Hired to do an inspection/tune up. Did a nice job of cleaning the confessor and evaporator coils to ensure top performance, Thanks.
