I had such a great experience with this company! Our furnace was not working correctly, they came out the same day to look things over. The two gentlemen were on time and very thorough. They explained our options and we decided to just go with a new furnace. We had a problematic set up in the area the furnace needed to be installed and they were able to trouble shoot work arounds. The installation team was just as punctual and professional as the repair men. This is such a great company!

The folks at R.N. Smith (Jason and Tanner) did a Professional job installing our Tempstar High Efficency 80,000 BTUh two stage furnace in a most expeditious manner. Our current furnace had seen better days (18 years old). The follow-up by Chris to inspect the workmanship was exceptional too. I can thank Dustin (Sales Mgr.) for the quick service from the time of the initiated call of my non-functioning furnace, to the final installation process. Great job folks!

They had lot to do with frozen pipes. That went to boiler which was main heat . they worked endlessly getting all leaks fixed and heat back on. They were so good to keep us in formed with all they had to encounter. Thanks a lot

The tech was punctual and knowledgeable. He was very personable. He did a great job. We will be calling them again for a heat pump in the future when our 23 year old air conditioner finally stops working for good.

I have used Rn Smith twice now and if 3rd time is charm, I am in for a real treat! I had a leak from the air and they fixed it very quickly and did a thorough job of servicing my furnace for winter. Explained everything that they did and was reasonably priced! Thank you to the" tall lanky guy" for being honest and dependable! Appreciate that these days, it is a rare find! Brian came out to give us an estimate on a new furnace and air conditioner, and spent time with us explaining options and cost. He was very knowledgeable and provided lots of information. We ended up getting a new Trane furnace and air conditioner and wifi thermostat. We and are very pleased with the new equipment and how the technicians handled the install. They were very friendly, professional, respectful and did a beautiful, thorough job. I highly recommend R.N. Smith. Brian from RN Smith is the best contractor I’ve worked with hands down. He installed heating and cooling in our house as well as our pole barn and he gave his timeline and was always prompt and professional. He worked with other contractors I had installing at the same time and was at my disposal even after the job was finished. Top notch. Might find a little cheaper but not better.

They were very professional and communication/scheduling was very thorough. I was called with timing updates due to a slight delay in their arrival so I wasn't sitting around waiting and wondering which is so appreciated! The men were polite and my new furnace is great! I would definitely recommend!

I recently had both furnace replaced and one air conditioning unit by RN Smith. I was very satisfied with the entire experience. Brian explained all my options very well and Bill did an outstanding job installing the equipment. I was impressed with the installation and the way he cleaned up all the mess involved. The basement floor was actually cleaner when he finished than when he arrived. He was very polite and worked very hard.When I originally researched companies, I was a little concerned, (wanting a good job). I am glad I hired this company. They were great and I would hire them again, if needed.
