My 1st time using R.N. Smith HVAC I am very impressed. Came out on an emergency call on a Saturday morning an diagnosed the problem an made the repair the following Monday. Very reasonable cost. The Tech explained things about the furnace that I had no idea. Very knowledgeable.
This will be my go to HVAC company.

I had been quoted a ridiculous number for replacement of both furnace and a/c when my furnace died in the dead of winter. When I called R.N. Smith for a competitive quote, Doug in sales provided what I asked for but his quote was thousands less than the original quote for the same products and install. Despite my interest in scheduling the replacement, he requested that I allow someone from their team to do their own assessment.

Turns out it was a simple motor replacement, saving me many thousands of dollars. The work was done promptly and it was clear they cared about doing a good job and relieving the stress of living in 50-degree indoor temperatures.

The unit is aging and it will need to be replaced eventually. When it’s time to replace my furnace and a/c, R.N. Smith is where I’ll be sending my business.

RN Smith came out to our church and installed 15 WiFi thermostats. They did a great job. It did not take very long to get them all installed and they did not leave any mess behind. They came and helped me get all of the thermostats online and answered all of my WiFi associated questions. I did have some struggles with trying to override the app lockout (it was a manufacturing thing) but they did contact the company and get the information that I needed.

You can not find a better HVAC contractor in Ohio. We have worked with these guys through a complete remodel of a 9000 SF commercial building and now a pole barn. Always on time and very professional.

Had a new furnace and ac put in and the guys were absolutely awesome they had to work in a basement that you cannot stand up in and they did and awesome job ! They were nice and let us know what was going on and filled us in on info that we needed to know right up front .THANK YOU RN Smith
