US Heating and Air Conditioning

I called around and nobody but this company would come out today. It surprised me and he was here with in like a hour of my initial call. Fixed my problem so quickly I couldn't believe it. I've opted for their maintenance program and glad I have. They really care about their clients.

Jeremy is wonderful. We have always had the best experience with him. He takes time to explain things and he is very knowledgeable about the systems. He provides tips and tricks every time he visits. He adds a personal touch to his service. Our family has benefited for 6 years with his service.

The lady, over phone mentioned said they would charge 119$ to come and look. So i went ahead. I have used them to look at my furnace issue. It ended circuit breaker going down. They did looked at heater for some indexes. Ended up just circuit breaker thing. They charged 355$ for that short task. I felt terified at first after hearing that price. I feel that price should have be updated at first itself. 355$ for looking is to much for me.. I may not go back to them.

Over the last four years, we've used them to service our residential boiler. Last winter they replaced our 45 year old boiler after it failed. They show up when they say they will. They care deeply about the quality of the work they do. Despite supply chain challenges, they found us a residential boiler at a reasonable price. They performed the installation promptly. They followed up with us regularly to make sure the boiler worked to our satisfaction. They even performed some related plumbing work. Overall, we're extremely satisfied and would recommend them to others.

The entire staff from sales to installation was very professional. After installation we went on a walk through and operations were explained.

This company is great. They take good care of their customers. pleasant when you set up an appt for service. The service men that comes out are very nice and very educated as to what they doing.

US Heating and Air Conditioning has been our HVAC system maintainers for over 10 years. Their service technicians are always courteous and professional. I like that they will explain to me what’s going on in plain speech and not talk down to me because I am a woman and what they are talking about is technical. I feel like they are straight shooters and on my side as far as what repairs need to be done and what repairs could be put off. When we had to get a new system installed I feel like I got a fair deal. The install took a long time, and their installers were there working hard the whole time. They were professional, they worked around any problems that came up, checked with me about any changes, and they left the space clean. In quick summary I would say US Heating and Air-Conditioning is an upstanding company with excellent personnel that provide outstanding professional service.
