They did a great job with installing a new heat pump system. Very reasonable rates and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend. They only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they did leave a pile of dust and debris from a hole they had to cut out of the wall behind my dryer. To me that was very minor considering they worked all day on the 90° heat.

I will refer Viking Heating & Air all day! I was met with confidence from Jack during the assessment period and after the project was complete I was assured of a quality system installed. All my needs were addressed during the install by Duane, Roger, and Chris. They even helped remedy a few ancillary items about my house that was not a part of the sale. I knew they had my best interest in mind. I, too, am a contractor and I understand that accidents can happen on the job site; well, one did. One of the guys hit a water line. I was informed immediately. The issue was contained without damage to my property. The issue was remedied by another trusted plumbing contractor that same day. I was very impressed how Viking handled the adversity. After the job was complete, I was followed up by Jack and the office to ensure that I was satisfied; my expectations were exceeded. Great Job!

AC went out on the Fourth of July with temperatures approaching the 90s. Denny came out and diagnosed a bad capacitor to be the problem. He had a replacement in his truck and had us back up and going in no time. Denny was professional and extremely knowledgeable on the entire system. He recommended a servicing plan to perform routine maintenance and cleaning on the system twice a year. I will defiantly use Viking in the future for all of my HVAC needs and would recommend them to anyone in the Miamisburg/Dayton area.

Jason Poorman was my representative, today, from Viking Heating and Air. Today's experience was my first time having Jason out at the house, but he gave the same excellent, professional, and friendly service I have come to expect from Viking. I've been using them for more than 3 years now, buying their "VIP Fall/Spring Checkup Plan" each year. Basically you pay for both the Spring and Fall services at once, and you get discounts on parts, as well as a budge up the list if there's a wait on services. I love this program, especially that they make those decisions based on "reality". Last year, I had AC go out on us, but we weren't in bad condition, so while I was on the VIP list, they asked if it was okay to get a few people in front of us, because they had worse situations. "Absolutely!" I will continue to be loyal to Viking. I tend to hang around with the technician while they are here, and they are always friendly, and answer my questions, and occasionally teach me something while they are working. Thanks, Jason!

I am very pleased with the job Viking Heating & Air did for us. We had a complete heating and air installation done. These guys were very professional and through. I can't say enough about how happy we are with the job they did. Timely and very clean at there jobs. I highly recommend them for all your heating and air needs.

Awesome company. Sean is the best tech ever...he was prompt, knowledgeable and so friendly. Leslie was also helpful and worked us in the same day, on a cold winter day. We will always recommend Viking Heating and Air!

Excellent same day service. They were able to dispatch someone within two hours on the hottest day of the year. Every other company I called was not willing to get a technician to my house the same day. Chris Taylor was the technician that helped me. He was polite, quick, and honest.

I have 5 HVAC systems maintained by Viking Heating and Air. They are timely, offer very competitive pricing and have always offered service options when possible. They earned my business when another firm recommended an entire new system, while Viking offered a far lower cost alternative that has kept the unit in service for years before finally needing replaced...and at a lower cost than other original quote.

Unfortunately, no. My appointment with the owner was rescheduled last minute (1 hour prior) the first time. The second appointment, the owner was a “no show”. The third appointment he was late and I was the first appointment of the day. Every time I called to inquire the status, the lady that answered the phone (Leslie) was very apologetic and said let me find out the status and get back to you. Except she never got back to me. Follow up was placed on the customer. With this type of customer service, I don’t know how the owner stays in business. I am partial to small business owners, but I cannot, in good conscious recommend this company.

5 stars hands down. This review may be lengthy, but worth it. My 22 year old dinosaur Lennox (great product) AC compressor decided that the long stretch of 90+ degree weather was just too much and shut down, plus all of the R-22 refrigerant had evaporated. Now we all know that R-22 (Freon) cannot be produced or imported in the US, thus rendering my HVAC system obsolete, so "fixing" it was out of the question. It had to be replaced. Early in March 2020 (before all of the COVID started), I had spray foam insulation (another fabulous product) installed in all of the exterior walls. Given the weather had been relatively mild, we hadn't really experienced the full benefits..... until the AC goes out!!!! The AC went out a week ago, however we were out of town and when we returned on Sunday, the house was a sauna at 85 degrees (so yes, the insulation was working.. unfortunately retaining all of the heat was NOT what we needed given the 90+ degree weather). For me, a new HVAC system is an investment. I wanted a quality product and a company that would stand behind it and be there long term should it need servicing. Being an accountant, I knew I had to do my homework before making such an investment. I consulted with 8 different contractors and had my spreadsheets going comparing products, service, and warranties. Viking was the 7th of the 8 company's I had called. I called them on Tuesday, they came out on Wednesday and my HVAC system was replaced on Thursday!!!!! As I consulted with 8 companies over 3 days, I had shown each company the other companies bid. Of course each company had their own sales pitch, but that was NOT the case with Viking. Jack was awesome in that we told him what we wanted and what we felt was best for our home (we didn't need over kill because of the insulation) and Jack worked with us to achieve just that. He even offered a solution to move the outdoor unit out of the back yard and over to the side yard while the other 7 companies said it could not be done (or they would charge thousands of additional dollars). Not one company offered next day installation, in fact, most said they were weeks out. Viking made sure we wouldn't go another day without AC. Their crew was phenomenal. Very professional, knowledgeable and ON TIME! And as far as value.. again, none of the other 7 companies could compete with the entire package (price, quality product, warranty, service and installation schedule) offered by Viking. We are extremely please that we chose Viking!!!!!!
