We have had these guys come out on 3 different occasions this year. One because our thermostat broke, once because our AC needed recharged and cleaned and one being an emergency call because our furnace went out on a weekend. These guys are just simply amazing. They are always super friendly, very professional and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly the first time. On top of that they are never late! They always make their window or if a job gets done earlier they will call to see if they can come earlier. I simply cannot say anything negative about them.

Very impressed with Perrysburg Plumbing. We called them out for multiple plumbing issues we were having. Brian quickly diagnosed the issues with each concern and advised us of the solution and cost for each. He was very thorough in fixing each problem and made sure he left each area clean. We would definitely recommend Perrysburg Plumbing.

We had a terrible sink clog...after working on it for half a day myself I finally gave in and called. Brian came to our house, it was a Saturday night, he was friendly, efficient, and very thorough. He even stuck around to make sure everything worked good and pantiently stayed to address another leak that popped up. Wouldn’t hesitate to call them in the future! Very satisfied!

We moved to Perrysburg about a year and a half ago and have had a few issues with plumming and heating. Have used Perrysburg Plumbing and Heating each time and they've been amazing. They get to you pretty quickly. Their guys are knowledgeable and always very friendly. They always charge fairly. A rare company these days.

I called Perrysburg Plumbing, Heating & Air Cond. LLC for service regarding a malfunctioning heating system. I called at 8:00am and was told that they could fit me into their schedule but probably couldn't show up until sometime in the afternoon. Zach called me at noon and asked if 1:00 would work for me, so I was impressed that he was able to fit me in so early in the afternoon. Zach showed up on time and proceeded to investigate my furnace issue. He was very thorough and methodical and explained how he was approaching the diagnosis of the problem, and the solution was identified and taken care of quickly. I am extremely pleased with the timeliness of fitting me into their busy schedule, as well as the professional manner in which the diagnosis and service took place, not to mention that the cost of the service and solution was very reasonable. Had a cooling coil replaced in my AC unit. They were punctual, professional and polite. Took the time to explain the issue with the part and registered the new coil with the manufacturer to ensure our new 10 year manufacturer warranty was valid. They respected our clean floors by wearing boot covers when inside. I have used this company for years and trust them for all my plumbing and HVAC needs.

They have a professional office staff to answer your call (no more hoping to get a call back), they have up-front pricing and service people who are prompt, courteous and professional. Ross was invaluable in his honest advice about what I needed and performed the work efficiently and completely. He took the time to explain what he was doing and answered all of my questions.
