Dor-Mar Reynoldsburg Heating and Air Conditioning Service

Brian was friendly and prompt and I really appreciated the insight he gave me about my furnace. My family and I have used Dor Mar for a long long time and we've never regretted it.

I have been doing business with the Newark Dor-Mar location for many years. I have always been satisfied with their work, and would recommend them to anyone. The technicians have been very courteous and have answered any question i asked about. They give you a call letting you know how soon to expect them and are punctual.

Gary my technician, was right on time! He quickly checked out furnace and checked filters even on the attached humidifier. Explained what to do when turning humidifier specifications for winter use! Thank you too for lighting the gas fireplace. Gary was kind, efficient and knowledgeable.

My service tech Douglas was at my place about hour after me calling for service. He was very nice and knowledgeable and got my heat running good as new in about 15 minutes. Very happy with the results.

My 20+ year old a/c unit stopped working today. I called to set up a new install. Garret came up same day and was able to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable, honest and efficient! Highly recommend!

Ron McLain was great. He worked around my schedule. He diagnosed the problems and fixed them quickly and was very professional well be calling DORMAR HEATING AND AIR every time we have a problem. They were very fair on the price as well Couldn’t of asked for better service thanks.

My tech was Gary. He did a good job and answered some questions and since we are both technicians in our own fields it was nice to have another tech to chat with for a short bit. I am having dormar back soon for cleaning the hvac pipes since they have not been done in almost 20 years. Should be interesting to see what they find in that rabbit hole.

Although time range for estimated arrival was vague at best as I had set appointment up after office hours, upon the service man's call, showed up precisely when said they would arrive. The specialist was profesional and knew what had to be done and how to do it. He didn't even accidently let my dogs run out as they are escape artists, and I even have to mind them when opening gate!

Rick came in and got straight to work. He remembered to bring a ladder, was quick and efficient, and cleaned up afterwards. He also did my AC install last spring and did an excellent job.

Quality work, friendly and professional. Answered my questions and worked to help me with any of my needs during their installation. I would recommend the 2 man crew that came to my house to anyone. I think it's Brandon and Branden.
