I have engaged Total Comfort for 13 years to provide fall and spring service. Between Dennis and Mike, they have provided excellent service and never tried to upsell me. After nearly 19 years, the heat exchanger gave way (which they would have fixed easily) but I decided to retire both the furnace and AC unit.

I chose Total Comfort again as Dennis made me a fair offer on excellent equipment. The worked me into their already hugely busy schedule and replaced the units promptly. The install was excellent. In addition to Dennis and Mike, their office staff is very friendly, courteous, and prompt coordinating the install, transaction, etc. in the background.

You get what you pay for and I get value from Total Comfort. This is a locally owned business you are safe to invite into your home and can be confident that you made a wise investment. I know if even the slightest chance of an issue arises, they would be back here quickly to address the concern.

My experience with this company was VERY negative. They gave me the wrong diagnosis of my problem with my Air Condition trying to sell me the equipment I did not need. I got the 2nd and the 3rd opinion from other companies, and told the Total Comfort about that asking to replace the part that other 2 companies recommended. Total Comfort agreed, scheduled the appointment for replacing, the technician
came, then...they decided to "withdraw". What kind of business is that?

I have to say everyone at Total Comfort was extremely helpful. Our AC unit crashed Sunday of labor day weekend. Absolute heat wave at that. I called Tuesday morning looking for a part. Other places wouldn't even sell it to me. The part unfortunately did not solve the issue. The technician, Mike, came out and had us up and running in no time on very short notice. Give them a call to get you going!

I felt it is important to leave this review after everything Total Comfort stepped up and did for me and my family.

These guys used to service our existing HVAC in Victorian Village, once in the Spring and again in the Fall, and did so for about 6 years. We now live in Gahanna and recently had major issues with our AC not working (on an 80+ degree day). Our 2 year old son was born with congenital heart disease and had 2 open heart surgeries this past year, not to mention we also have a newborn daughter, so keeping the house somewhat cool and comfortable is extremely necessary right now.

I called and explained the situation and they had someone at our home within roughly 2 hours. The issue was diagnosed and even though our home warranty company has forced us to use another company for the necessary replacement, Total Comfort has continued to assist me with questions and concerns I have had about the company and the replacement unit that the home warranty company is choosing to provide.

Working with our home warranty company and the contractor they chose to provide has been a major headache and issue for us, however, having Total Comfort on our side has made it so much better and tolerable. While many company's out there claim to respond quickly, offer amazing deals, customer service, etc, these guys do not sit back and make these claims just to get your service. They are a family owned and operated business that truly delivers their claims and they treat you like family from that point forward.

Excellent company. My wife was sold on their phone person who answered and gave great answer and was very personable. They were the nicest people, did a great job and decided we didn't need a new system just 2 more supply lines and 2 more return lines. Excellent job and excellent price. I would call them first every time.

Great company. Honest. Fair priced. The technician Mike is great. I strongly recommend them. Can tell that they are a family owned company. Very trustworthy.

Mike from Total Comfort came out and was an awesome technician. He had us quickly up and running when others said we needed a new system.

Wow... It is very rare that I come across a truly trustworthy company like Total Comfort..
A week ago I woke up to my whole house freezing... One company came out and said to replace the needed part it would cost a little over $1,000, but since my unit was 12yrs old it would probably be better to replace the whole unit...
Dennis J. Kelley from Total Comfort came out next and said he could replace the part the very same day for $230 and that the other guys were just trying to sell me a new unit...
He may have not gotten the 'big sale' that day, but because of his honesty, integrity and excellent service, I will only use this company from here on out.. I will only call you guys for my house and rental house for the next 20yrs.. I will refer you guys to everyone I can... Thank you for your honesty, integrity and excellent service.. It is a rare thing these days.

Stop looking for an HVAC service, you've just found it. I've had Mike and Dennis over to my house for work and couldn't be more impressed with their professionalism, value, or humor. Seriously, these are the folks you want to call.
