Id like to give a 5 but at this at this very moment...I'm hoping a call back from the company so we might address a few pressing concerns we've put off longer than necessary...

Brian and Sean came right out, took a look at our issue, came back shortly with the parts we needed, and everything has been running great since.

A DeHeart representative arrived earlier than we thought they would and had our A/C cooling the house down with in the hour.
