Charlie is the Best! I used him years ago to install a new A/C system in our house and we were very well pleased. He's honest and gave us an excellent price (there are some that had crazy estimates before we found Charlie). My daughter had her mother contact him and he repaired her heater then replace her entire system the next season. Not only the first repair but replacing the entire system was much lower than her other estimates. I'm not sure if he remembers but I recall talking to him about his training and how he has trained others. He is very knowledgeable and you can take what he says to the bank. I'm impressed and feel I was very lucky finding someone that knows what he is doing and does it at a good price.
Today, I had him come by and fix a freezing-up problem. I called first thing in the morning and he had it fixed before noon. He is always on time and fast.
And at this time with the COVID-19 problem I was well pleased to see him arrive wearing a face mask!

Charlie is awesome! Our A/C stopped cooling overnight on a Friday night, found him on Angie's list (with tons of awesome reviews on there btw), called at 9 am Saturday Morning and he was out here at 11am! Our capacitor needed to be replaced. He was quick, efficient, informative, reasonably priced, a pleasure to talk to and a truly nice man! Would highly recommend!

Three years ago we had an issue with heat in our house and other contractors quoted us $2,500 - $3,500 to fix the issue, but while getting a bid from ARP, Charlie showed me how to get by the issue for free. Last week our AC began dying so I called Charlie first to get a bid on a whole new HVAC system and he was much more reasonable in prices and much more professional than others that I called after for comparison.
ARP did an amazing job and we could not be happier. We have a brand new top of the line HVAC system without breaking the bank. ARP Heating and Air is my only go to for HVAC!

Charlie is the owner and has been wonderful to work with. He is very quick to respond and his prices are extremely reasonable. I have been using his services over the last 3 years and have been very pleased with his honesty, integrity and work ethic. I have never been able to say this about anyone in this industry and am so relieved to not have to worry about being "ripped off" or talked into buying something I don't need. Charlie (ARP Heat and Air) is a TOP NOTCH Company! Long story short I experienced HOT summers and COLD winters in my home. I called Charlie and he diagnosed the problems and explained them in a way I could understand. Charlie fixed all problems in a timely fashion. To add to the wonderful service Charlie called me (I did not call him) twice after initially fixing the problems to make sure everything was working properly. I do not know many companies that will take time out to call you to make sure everything was working accordingly. AC is working AMAZING! Charlie takes pride in his work and pride in his customers. I highly recommend Charlie (ARP Heat and Air) OVER AND OVER AGAIN!!!!!

We don’t trust anyone but Charlie to work on our heat and air... We know he will be honest in his assessment of what needs to be done and he is experienced enough to know what is absolutely necessary, giving us options for solutions along with pros and cons of those options at various price points. We appreciate him explaining the big picture result of different fixes. He is never pushy about it and lets us decide what we want to do. Scheduling is a breeze and he is very good about coming out as soon as he can after we call him... usually within hours! I recommend him to all my friends!
