Airco Service

Very professional and timely! I ended up not having just a routine tuneup. Don, the technician figured out the issue and got the ac up and running cold air quickly. Looked over everything and not just the issue, which I greatly appreciate because other companies I’ve dealt with, only do one thing at a time and it’s costly.
*Plus, Don was very nice to my puppies that pretty much whined the whole time.

We like the company but the technician left us hanging last time he came out and when he was sent back he acted like he had never been here and seemed to rush through checking for leaks. I'm not confident he did more than a cursory glance. He did get enough freon in the system to get it working
and we've otherwise had good service from airco hince the 4 stars vs 2. But we do not recommend Jeff.

Airco is quick to grab the business but are not responsive when I have asked to speak with a manager 4 times. I feel it's the professional thing to do when you have a split unit installed and it starts spitting out insulation because they didn't seal it. Since then we've had 2 techs come out and are not able to complete the job. Is it failure to communicate as a team to have someone that understands the unit or can fit in the crawl space, to come finish the job??? Hence, I have asked to speak with a manager 4 times and still have not Recieved a call nor has the unit been sealed properly.

Install went great. Would someone train my salesman how to deal with TFCU. Was a nice guy ,but think he was not trained on dealing with banks. Overall, good experience. Glad to be done

Brock simply could not have done better. My confidence in him was immediate and he only strengthened that confidence as he completed my install. I would recommend him to friends and family. Definitely a 5 star performer.

Our tech, Daryl, was great! He was able to discern what was wrong with our unit and fix it the same day. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous.

Price was a little high for my liking! But Johnny with airco was very professional and knowledgeable and kept me informed with everything he was doing and why he was doing it. Even with the price being a little higher than I expected will definitely use airco again if the need ever arises.

Martin was an excellent representative of your company. He called to let me know he was on his way. He was courteous and explained everything he did to my system. I am a 74 y/o woman and he did not talk down to me. Some people talk to women like they are stupid. He was EXCELLENT and I highly recommend your company. Thank you.

Chris was able to find the additional area that the A/C pipe was busted when the guys came out in November to install the generator. Chris listened to our concerns and replaced the busted A/C pipe. I was very pleased with his work.

Salesman knows how to get to the point. Professional, courtesy, outstanding job. Outstanding company to do business.. would recommend them to everyone.
