Professional and friendly. Rigby my service technician was awesome! He explained every step and function of the fix to our geo-thermal HVAC unit. Will absolutely use Airco in the future.

Luis and Christopher were very professional and arrived on time. They took time to ask a few questions then went straight to getting the a/c job done. They both made sure that the replacement system was working as should be and left the work area clean.
I would highly recommend AirCo Services to family and friends.

The service techs had problems with finding the point where the water service entered the house due to that point being in a different place to determine. They cut 10 different holes in 10 different walls trying to locate the connection. Once they determined where the connection was, they repaired and repainted the holes. The techs were professional in the response to the many obstacles that they had to get around to install the filter system. The system is in and functioning properly. I applaud the effort the techs and management went through to get the job done right.

Johnny was an absolute professional. On time, knowledgeable, personable, and honest. We appreciate his expertise, efforts, and insight. We definitely will continue business with professionals such as himself and this company. Thank you!!

The technician was very friendly but not thorough. He did not remove my hail guards to clean my condenser. I did not see him check the settings from my thermostat. I believe he did not do a good PM on my system. Previous technicians have been much more detailed.

Freddie was knowledgeable & courtesy. Resolved the problem timely & did not go into after hours. Awesome Technician!

I won't lie, I have had issues with original service from the company and was not happy. 5 stars, this time. I spent a LOT of money to repipe entire house plumbing, upgrade electrical and whole new HVAC system. Electrical was the only thing that didnt got wrong originally. But they have come through and fixed the issues after a rough start, but I also attribute it to Mr. Cameron. Darryl has drawn the short stick 😉 to have to fix issues twice now (third and fourth call- so imagine I have been frustrated) with my HVAC and was very knowledgeable, professional, detailed, and responsive. He communicated everything with me when asked and addressed issues thoroughly, stands behind his work and never made me feel like he was hiding mistakes that albeit not him, but the company had done. Mistakes happen I get that (I have been in service industry on all levels) and apparently I had Murphys law working with me on this one, but I appreciate them, and Darryl making it right. Fingers crossed the rest of year one with my new systems go smoothly.
