Emerald Heat & Air

Emerald Heat & Air was wonderful to work with! HVAC companies are so busy during these hot summer months but Emerald was fast, efficient, and fixed our issue to get our AC up and running in less than 2 hours from the time I called them! Highly recommend using Emerald Heat & Air. Also, I didn't realize I had a warranty on my unit and they did all the leg work for me when they weren't the ones who even installed it which saved me a ton of money on a new part! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I would highly recommend Emerald Heat & Air. Bobby came out in 100 degree heat after our AC stopped working. He was experienced, knowledgable and willing to explain not only the repair work, but how our system was set up. We'll be using them for future service and repair!

Called Emerald Heat & Air Friday afternoon when the fan stopped working. They added us to their already full schedule and came out after 5:00. They had the air conditioner fixed by 6:00 so we could enjoy our weekend. Very happy with this company. We have used tbem for several service calls!

It was a good value for a new air conditioning unit and furnace. The staff were friendly and responsive and no high pressure sales people compared to other companies. I will recommend this company to my family and friends.

I called after hours and I got a call back promptly to arrange service for the following morning. Bobby called to say he was on the way and arrived during the promised time frame.
