Called yesterday. Came out by 8:30
this morning. Davonte courteous and professional. Five stars from me.

Prompt to show-up, quoted and explained repair needed. Worked as described and back cooling in a couple hours. Also very helpful when I had problems with my programmable thermostat after a power outage.

I have used Waggoners for years to install and service central AC units. They have been dependable and provided good and timely service at all times. Now if I could just get a plumber worth anything, I would be set in life.

As the owner of Gingerbread Nursery School (with five heat and air systems) I depend on Waggoner's to maintain the equipment so that it lasts a long time and stays as efficient as possible. They have worked around our schedule and helped us when we needed it. Thanks!

A/C went out around 3pm. We called Waggoners and were told someone would be here between 6 and 9 pm. When no one showed up we called back a little after 9 and were told someone would call us with in 30 minutes. No one called. We called back and were told there was a mistake and they meant 8:30 tomorrow morning. I can not speak for their work, but show up when you say or at least call to make other arrangements. We could have gotten someone else at 3, but not at 10!!!

Waggoners has done the yearly maintenance on my heater and air conditioner for 3 yrs. The tech always introduces himself & shows his ID at the door, they are always on time and wear booties in the house so that they don't track dirt in. I'm completely happy with and recommend them to friends and family.

Weekend service call: Jeff (technician) was very professional, knowledgeable and did a really great repair on our unit. Very satisfied.

Called cause our AC kept freezing up and they came out fast and fixed the problem now I have cool AC and I can sleep comfortable again! The tech guy was really nice too. Thanks Waggoners!
