Shockley’s was great! Andy was very prompt and professional. I would highly recommend them to anybody needing hvac work.

Arrived quickly and on short notice. Nathan was very forthright and helpful, and fixed our issue with our heater on the coldest day of the year in short order. Trustworthy company that I will do business with in the future.

Found Shockley's through Nextdoor app, so already knew they were "liked". They came promptly and found the problem immediately. They were kind and informative and the service charge is very reasonable. I will definitely be calling them again!

If I could give ZERO stars I would! They installed an new a/c unit in my house. It has not worked since. There has been a leak in the cool-lent system since the beginning. They have come back every year and three years later it has still not been fixed. I have found out from a new company that the cords were cut to stop the compressor from shutting off when it overheated. Now the compressor is ruined and Shockley's is unwilling to do anything about it. The owner hung up on me and blamed it on neglect even though they have been out here to service the machine several times every summer since they installed it. He said we had a couch in front of the vent, which is impossible as it sits in between the corner of a wall and a doorway. WORST experience with a professional company ever!

This is the place to call for all your heat and air needs if you're in the central Oklahoma area. They showed up to my home within 30 minutes of me calling. They took the time to explain what all was going on in detail, very thorough and personable. Their service charge was more than fair I felt bad and paid a little extra. I always enjoy a rewarding good honest fair work. Thanks

Shockley’s does a very good job keeping our old units running each season. They are very helpful in letting us know what the problems are and how to fix them. We have used them for years and will continue.

Called during the harsh cold spell expecting to have to wait for help, boy was I wrong. Was told they could come out that very day but had to ask about the next day Saturday, was told Saturday morning is available and I said yes. Expecting to be told I had serious problems at a cost, was told very minor repairs needed and the costly items were all in very good condition. Was given $20 off because of first time caller, total cost for service and repairs about $80. Will call again when needed, very satisfied.

I called thinking I might not get service the same day! They ordered the part for my air unit & had me all fixed up in no time! The Tech was very professional! I definitely will use them again!

Quick, clean, personable. Will be calling them again- need a stove vent installed through the roof and we discovered another issue with the a/c unit that none of us realized was there until after the a/c unit was working well enough for the thermostat to actually shut it down... the fan never does turn off. Thermostat issue, maybe? That's why they're the experts, not me! Thanks again!

My AC went out and found Shockley's on Google. All great things were said. Great reviews. So I gave them a shot and they did not disappoint! Fast response with same day service. Couldn't be happier with the service.
